perfect location for easy access to the city via the Metro, just 5 min walk. parking space immediately opposite living room window so car was safe. flat was clean and tidy.

Phil was a very responsive and nice host. He gave clear instructions regarding the house and the house was clean and cozy with good wifi and heating. Phil was a very accommodating and welcoming host. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone.

The only difficulty we had was the smart lock once we got the hang of it was not a problem. The house was very clean and had all the necessary facilities. The parking was spacious enough for two large vehicles with Lidl supermarket more or less on the doorstep. Next time I am in the area would like to stay here again

Had a lovely family weekend away. Perfect location for metro into Newcastle or to the Coast. Four lane ends interchange is less than a 10 mins walk away with metro every 15 mins. Lovely quiet area, parking right outside property. Property has great facilities, is very homely and comfortable and host very responsive. Thank you.
