A large, luxurious 3 bedroom apartment with a gorgeous view of the nature reserve and the Alps. Large groups and parties are welcome - we do not have loud noise limitations. The area is ideal for hiking, biking or relaxing in nature. The apartment is part of a small farm (Icelandic horses and sheep) about 4km outside of Gersbach in the south of the Black Forest. In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

This cottage is located in a rural and green environment offering beautiful hiking or cycling, ideal starting point for visits to Alsace or Vosges New cottage with low environmental impact. Come and rest in this unique cocoon open to nature. The Z1 is spacious and comfortable for 2 people and pleasant for 4 people. View of the wooded mountains, as well as the pretty village of Saint-Quirin, its priory, and the pretty chapel on the hill. We have implemented "firm" reservations in light of last-minute cancellations without reason, but we remain open to discussion for cases of force majeure

The entrance leads past the tower on the left. Through the small conservatory you enter the apartment. From there, the 1st bedroom is directly accessible. Next: kitchen, living-dining room, 2nd bedroom with bathroom, closet room. To get into the bathroom from the 1st bedroom, guests have to go through the 2nd bedroom. Our village is without tourist ambitions, but from great landscapes surrounded.

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.
