We were personally and warmly welcomed by Claudine. The flat is perfectly located to explore Alsace. The area is very quiet and quiet. Also, my son was able to feed their chickens and pet the dog. i can only warmly recommend claudine who wants to travel to Alsace. And we got fresh eggs from their chickens to say goodbye. Just a heads up for others. since the house is old as described, it is clairaudient.

It was a much better place than I expected. It was a very peaceful, green, quiet, comfortable place. It was a very good place in terms of privacy, both in the pool and in the garden. The host was very friendly. Although we did not speak French, we communicated easily.

Flexible and pleasant welcome. We had such a great time at the place. The only downside is that I wish I knew it was a basement apartment.

We stayed with Hélène for a stopover. We felt very welcome and comfortable, nice that our dog was also welcome. Very clean, comfortable beds and private parking. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the beautiful garden very much, we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Benjamin’s place with our little ones. From the moment we arrived, Benjamin and his mom made us feel incredibly welcome — even picking us up and dropping us off at the station, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Benjamin is a fantastic host: kind, attentive, and came up with toys and ideas to keep the kids entertained. The house and garden are a peaceful haven — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Freiburg. The neighborhood is charming with authentic houses, a bakery, a cozy café-restaurant, a snack bar, and even a playground all just a short walk away. We absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return someday to enjoy more of the beautiful surroundings and hiking trails in Schwarzwald. Thank you, Benjamin, for everything!

Truly a one of a kind place. A special house crafted with incredible attention to detail set into a peaceful back garden. Grocery store, restaurants and walks around the lake or in the forest are just minutes away. Easy access to Saarbrücken or any nearby town.

we needed peace and quiet and a nice area after a few hectic weeks. And it was not close to the center, but by car you were there within minutes. Everything was present, tidy and a beautiful garden. You should always ask Bettina for info, which makes it thoughtful and personal. When you don't want it, you can enjoy complete privacy. An address at which we will definitely advertise.

We were traveling with the whole family for a weekend wedding party and were allowed to stay with Jutta and we were more than thrilled! The house is new, extremely tastefully decorated and superbly equipped, it lacks nothing. Everything was sparkling clean and in top condition. Check-in was completely straightforward, and Jutta is a very warm, helpful and accommodating host who was always there for us. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. We stayed in the green depot for 11 days and felt very comfortable there. The location is very quiet, but you can still reach cycling and hiking trails quickly. Sandra has lovingly and tastefully furnished the private terrace, as well as the cottage. The contact with her was very pleasant. I will gladly come back.

We had a very nice time at Rachel's cottage. The stay is very quietly located, has views of an interesting vegetable garden and is very charming. We greatly enjoyed the wood stove and we got a new load of wood daily, what a service! In short, recommended.

Our stay was absolutely great! The check-in was very quick and easy. The parking is available right in front of the house was extremely convenient and stress-free. The personal welcome and detailed explanation of the amenities were really outstanding and made us feel immediately welcome. The welcome gesture with a bottle of sparkling wine and snacks was a very thoughtful and friendly surprise. We really enjoyed the high quality amenities, especially the modern kitchen and the comfortable living room. The absolute tranquility in the accommodation has provided a very relaxing atmosphere and let us relax wonderfully. We can fully recommend this place and will definitely book again on our next visit to the area.

This was our second holiday at Michael’s cottage. Again it was wonderful. Michael is the best host one could wish for; Very helpful and communicative. The place has everything you need, and location is superb. Amazing nature and also easy to reach for people who don’t have a car. Very much recommended!
