Vacation rentals with a balcony in Luino

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment itself had every amenity we could need and many thoughtful additions. The location is a 1min walk to the lake, the ferry stop is a further minute or two, so very convenient for visiting the islands.

Was für ein grossartiger Ausblick! Ich kann die Wohnung absolut empfehlen, alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Wohnung sauber, schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist - auch wenn am Hang (steil und viele Treppen, dafür dieser Ausblick!) - wunderbar. In wenigen Gehminuten im Zentrum von Ascona oder auf dem Monte Verità. Auch für Menschen mit Hund geeignet. An der Maggia gibt es ein grosses Gelände für Hunde und der Wald hinter der Appartement ist in wenigen Minuten Entfernung zu erreichen.

Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen 👍🏻☺️ ich würde wieder kommen. Sehr nette Gastgeberin und eine sehr ruhige Lage. Das Haus war total sauber. Man hat sich wie Zuhause gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar gelegen (mit super Aussicht auf den See) und sauber. Die Anreise mit dem ÖV ist gut möglich, allerdings fahren die Postautos (Haltestelle sehr nahe der Unterkunft) nicht sehr oft. Der Pool ist wunderbar gross, schön warm und gut gepflegt. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut - abgesehen von Salz hat es allerdings keine Gewürze (auch Öl muss selbst mitgebracht werden). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

It was easy to find the apartment, the instructions were very clear. The location is amazing, 5 min to the ferry, 5 min to the supermarket, great restaurants nearby (Lugano, Divino13). The town itself is beautiful and peaceful, not so crowded as Varenna or Bellagio. We were without a car, and managed to visit Varenna, Bellagio and Lenno using public transportation, it was very easy and comfortable. The lack of elevator and the church bell were not a problem for us. In conclusion, great apartment, amazing location and good value. Definitely recommend!

we had a fantastic time. interaction with interhome and the local keyholder is never easy because communication with keyholder is not done with the airbnb app but usually with external e-mail or phone (so you communicate with interhome agent trough the app; and parallel you try to establish contact with local keyholder through other channels). check in once connection is established works well. payment of local tax is not organized and the work in order to pay it is passed on the guest - local taxes should be included in the air bnb fee.... appartement perfect. location perfect we had a wonderful spring holiday in locarno. kind regards christian

Everything was organized and perfect. Communication with the host was smooth, and the check-in process and instructions were very well-structured. The security of the house was also excellent! I had a very comfortable sleep. I had to catch an early train from Milano Centrale, and it only took 15 minutes to get to the platform—more than enough time. I would love to stay here again next time!

splendide! Excellent appartement avec une vue extraordinaire! Très propre, super bien équipé. L'appartement est situé en hauteur, il vaut mieux y être en voiture mais c'est le prix à payer pour avoir une aussi belle vue sur le lac et la ville de Lugano. Nous avons passé un séjour mémorable.

Unglaubliche Lage mit einmaliger Sicht auf den Lago dOrta. Im grosszügigen Garten auf bequemen Liegestühlen durften wir schnell eintauchen in totale Ruhe und Frieden. Das Haus ist grosszügig - und perfekt eingerichtet. Uns hat es beim Kochen an nichts gefehlt, weder an Utensilien noch an Gewürzen. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen in sehr bequemen Betten. Ich, als elektrosensibles Wesen konnte den W-lan Stecker ziehen, dadurch strahlenfrei leben und schlafen, ein riesiges Geschenk. Danke dir, Davide, dass du uns so gut eingeheitzt hast, dass es auch an kühlen Abenden gemütlich war. Ein Anliegen zum Schluss: ich wünschte mir dass alle Mieter eigenverantwortlich Geschirr und Töpfe sauber in die Schränke räumen würden, zur Freude aller Beteiligten.

This is my second time staying with Wendy and it definitely won’t be my last! Wendy is a wonderful host, bubbly, friendly and responsive. The room is clean and cosy, with a stunning view, exactly like the pictures. The area has a few lovely restaurants, a bakery, a bar and connections to all of the popular Lake Como towns for day trips. I really cannot fault Wendy’s place. I can’t wait to come back next year!!

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf den Comer See. Ideal um von hier aus den See zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da in Sala Comacina selbst nur eine eingeschränkte Anzahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stränden und Restaurants besteht. In der Umgebung befinden sich jedoch viele kleinere und größere Ortschaften, die zum erkunden einladen. Wenn man Langschläfer ist, sollte man jedoch den Glockenturm beachten, der bereits früh morgens ca. 7 Uhr mit seinem Glockenspiel startet. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Sala Comacina und haben es sehr genossen von der Wohnung aus den See zu erkunden!

Nous avons passé trois nuits merveilleuses dans ce chalet niché dans les hauteurs du Lac de Côme, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes. C’était un véritable havre de paix, entouré par la nature et les animaux, loin de tout bruit urbain ou de circulation. Le calme absolu nous a permis de vraiment nous ressourcer. Le chalet était chaleureux et très agréable, un véritable cocon que ma mère et moi avons adoré. Seul petit bémol : le lit un peu bruyant quand on bougeait, mais rien qui n’ait gâché notre séjour. Les hôtes étaient adorables, très accueillants et attentionnés, allant même jusqu’à nous aider à décharger la voiture. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce lieu pour une escapade au calme dans un cadre idyllique !

Alles perfekt! Deshalb haben wir wieder in dieses Ferienhaus gewählt.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr geräumig. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist phänomenal. Die Kommunilation mit Alessandra war sehr gut. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Sehr praktisch die Parkmöglichkeit in der der privaten Garage. Die Garage ist nicht groß, war aber für unseren 3er BMW ausreichend. Luino ist als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung am Ostufer des Lago Maggiore hervorragend geeignet. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.

What a beautiful property. Super clean and tidy with everything you could need. There is a lovely walk into Bellagio from the property. We really enjoyed staying here and the host is fantastic. This is a beautiful apartment in a top notch location. The lake view is stunning and it is very conveniently located for exploring the Como Lake by boat - the ferry terminal is just a few minutes walk away. Andrea was a great host and all communication with him was very smooth. Highly recommended!

L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione. Di classe, funzionale, pulito. L'esperienza in casa è stata assolutamente perfetta. Zona comoda per spostarsi a piedi, a due passi dalla stazione. Susanna è una host puntuale, reattiva e molto simpatica. Consiglio questo appartamento a tutti!
