The space has been thoughtfully designed in order to maximize the square footage!

Remodeled 1st floor condo with a calming and serene view of the river from your back patio (STR #3395)! Located between Downtown Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. Take the free summer trolley for easy access to shops and restaurants or head into RMNP for hiking and animal sightings. Estes Park hosts special events such as: concerts, wine/chocolate tastings, the Scottish Festival, and more, so book your getaway accordingly!

Our Evergreen Cottage is cozy and tastefully decorated. This is one of seven cottages on our property of River Rock Cottages. This cottage has a private 10'x16' deck with an outdoor table and seating for two. The cottage sleeps up to 4, including infants/children (1 King bed, 1 Full Sleeper Sofa). This is our smallest cottage at 325 sq ft. We're conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown Estes Park and 3.5 miles from RMNP.
