Vacation rentals with a balcony in Lyon

Great location and great host. Thank you for having us.

Genevieve was very fast at responding. Had someone meet us to let us in earlier than the original check in time. 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Location was great, quiet and near everything that you need. Any other Landmark to visit was 30 minute walk whichever way. Place is located on the upperside of the hill so lots of stairs to get there but worth the walk. Just the sceneries was worth walking up these steep steps, lots of exercise.. All in all Genevieve place was ideal for a family with young kids. I would imagine in the summer it would be hot but in April the apartment was ideal temperature. Thank you Genevieve for hosting!

Accommodation faithful to the description, clean, well-equipped. Julien is a very responsive host, concerned about the well-being of his hosts. Only downside for us, the person who greeted us did not show us the parking space which was a little difficult to find in a very dark place and after 800 km of road. Parking is located in the "residents" part of Lidl parking lot, level minus 2, left against the wall upon arrival at least 2, it is an open location, right next to the car passage and not a box with a door. That said, once found we were very happy to use it. We'll come back to Julien's if we get a chance 😊

Simply the best location possible! Super nice, higher end neighborhood near many, many restaurants, store, groceries. The flat is quite spacious, both bedroom and living room good size. Emile is very responsive, checking in by text several times to confirm things are well. I was met at the front and was allowed to check in a few hours early too. Flat seems to have all new appliances. That said, the building is older and the interior of the flat is furnished more like student housing, tho is kept quite clean. Given the great location and wonderful, considerate service from Emile and his hired agent, deserving of 5 stars as most guests will not spend much time in the flat

Great place to have a good weekend

The photographs do not do justice to this apartment, which is enormous and very comfortable. Two bedrooms and a full bath (with toilet) upstairs, and two bedrooms (with a bathroom and separate toilet) downstairs surround a foyer, and by itself that would be a spacious apartment—but down the hall are two separate living areas, a modern kitchen with a large island, a large dining room table, and a quiet study with a loft. We stayed here as a family of four and would have been comfortable with a family of eight. It feels like a whole house. The location in the city center was convenient—walking distance to most of the city sights and innumerable restaurants, and right next to transit. And our host Jean Philippe met us promptly, was friendly and helpful, and spoke perfect English. Highly recommended. We were sad to go and hope to return.
