Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Madrid

I couldn’t thank the host enough. Not only were they attentive and easy to contact during our stay but upon our return they were extremely helpful in tracking down an item id left behind and happily posted it to me. They went above and beyond. 5 ⭐️

This is a very nice place, the same as the description. With many services: dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, full kitchen, sheets, towels, barbecue, swimming pool.... It is in a very quiet residential area 10-15 minutes drive from the city center. Carolina and Fran are always available if you need any info or advice. It's a great rental, I highly recommend it.

Me and my family really liked staying here and the location was perfect since we needed to be downtown for an event. The apartment was very spacious and bright, had everything we needed and more. The host was always attentive and contrasted quickly, I did not contract cleaning service and although expensive very efficient. The apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator, below the building is a nightclub so they will hear all the noise from people coming in, out and smoke in the street ..it is noisy so bring caps to be able to sleep…things to keep in mind. However it is wonderful to see x your balcony the opera building and the square in front full of life…a very, very central place and just opposite is the entrance to the metro

I had an excellent experience at this Airbnb in Madrid. The place is very nice, tastefully decorated and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It is quite central, which makes it very easy to access the main attractions if you use the metro (there is a station nearby). Caminando can take a little longer to reach the heart of downtown. It's a great option if you're looking for tranquility without being too far from the city movement. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Super location, well-equipped, comfortable little apartment. It was just ideal for the two of us. Our questions were always answered quickly, and even the offers of transportation and local bar/restaurant were very helpful. Thank you so much for your help and flexibility. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well equipped apartment in the heart of Madrid. Central between Royal Palace and the Retiro Park and art museums. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Host made extra effort to make our check in very easy, and was easy to communicate with. Only downside was that the building next door is under construction or demolition and there were jackhammer noises each day starting before 8:30 am and continuing through the day.

We found the apartment to be exactly as described. The location was an easy walk to the palace, The Grand Via, and more. Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working but it wasn’t really a problem for us. We especially loved the openness of the kitchen and living area.

Our stay at this apartment in Goya, Madrid was truly excellent. The location is unbeatable — within walking distance of major shopping streets, grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. It served as the perfect base for exploring the city with ease and convenience. The apartment itself is exceptionally well-appointed, featuring high-end appliances, a generous supply of towels, and ample cleaning products. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable and seamless experience. The host was outstanding — highly professional, responsive, and attentive to every question or request, often replying within minutes. As a minor note, it seems the building may primarily accommodate long-term residents, and there may be some sensitivity to short-term guests. However, this did not detract from our experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely flat. We would gladly return and highly recommend this property to other visitors to Madrid.

The house is perfect, modern and with space for a large family. It has everything you need to spend a very nice stay. In addition, Francisco and Rober were very friendly and explained everything to detail. We had a pleasant experience, we recommend it

We went to spend the weekend 14 friends and we enjoyed the house a lot, very comfortable and with entertainment rooms along with the patio very well equipped each area. The host was very attentive, he helped us make the stay pleasant at all times. 100% Recommended ☺️

We spent a few friends over the weekend in this amazing house. It is a home, modern and cozy, we felt right at home, we recommend it 100%. Clean, tidy, comfortable... If you have to put a "but", I would say that the pillows should be improved, they are very soft and the house at night was a little cold, the temperature is always at 22°, but it was a little cold in the common areas, at night most slept with some blanket above. Regardless of this, everything was amazing.

We rented the accommodation with 15 friends and the experience could not have been better: swimming pool, barbecue, garden, huge living room away from the house to be able to dance, play board games, etc. while the rest could rest without a problem. And Teba, the host, was super available and willing to help us with everything. Perfect for a summer weekend and close to Madrid. We'll be back for sure.

We stayed one night at Gema's place and loved it. It's a quiet place with views and a swimming pool, we'll surely be back in the summer. Gema was also a great host.

We had a great time in Molino del Manto, and we look forward to coming back soon. The house is perfect for families, from old to small with plenty of spaces in and out, spacious and bright. The gardens are a wonder and the kitchen for numerous dinners as a family in the heat of the fireplace, too! To highlight the people in charge of the house, very nice, discreet and always aware that we were comfortable.

A beautiful and very cozy house, with immense gardens and plenty of space inside also for our group. Great that there is a bathroom in each room. The hosts are very attentive and caring. We felt right at home and if it arises, we would definitely repeat. Highly recommended.

Joaquin's accommodation is amazing. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature. The house is great, large, spacious, lacks nothing, cared for, tidy and clean. This weekend was very cold but the heating was quite hot and the fireplace was a plus. It rained us a lot and we were able to take very little advantage of the outside but it is also phenomenal, with a covered porch and enough tables and chairs. We went with friends and had a great time. Joaquín is a very attentive host who answered all our questions very quickly. A place to repeat without a doubt.
