The home is stunning with an enormous living room and bedroom suite. Nestled in the woods on 7 acres, you will feel as if you are in a tree house! There is a bridge and trails that lead down to the river. There is also a gazebo and fire area on site. Airbnb no longer allows hosts to allow parties or large gatherings of more than 16 people.

Stroll along the Mandeville Lakefront or launch your boat across the street from this cottage. Enjoy bike riding on the Tammany Trace or rent Kyaks for a day on the lake. You will find many things to do and enjoy in Mandeville. Two bikes are available for guest use and there are bike rentals near the Mandeville Trailhead. The trailhead hosts a farmers market on Saturdays, free Spring and Fall concerts and a splash pad for the kids. Mandeville is a bike and pedestrian friendly community.

There is a city boat launch across the street. Bike path a few blocks away which runs from Covington to Slidell. The home has an incredible porch where a nice breeze blows from the lake. Wonderful space. Clean, bright, cozy. Sit in Sun room or out on back deck with coffee or a glass of wine. Enjoy the beautiful Lakeview Neighborhood. Close to just about everything. City Park and the Lakefront are in biking walking/biking distance. Owners are available as needed. NO PARTIES . NO EVENTS . No smoking!! Sorry I do not rent to locals. (Got "burned" by someone trashing the house and throwing a party)
