Everything went very well. The accommodation is very nice, the location is very convenient between the sea and Bordeaux and Eric's welcome is very cordial with great ideas for activities. We had a great time.

We spent a few relaxing days in Philippe and Marie Annick's cottage. A warm and very friendly welcome upon arrival. Philippe gave us some great tips for visiting the Arcachon basin. The accommodation is very well equipped and very clean. The little touches are very nice at check-in. Everything was ready for our daughter. Léo is a responsive and friendly host. Very nice,clean and functional apartment. Shops within walking distance. Private parking. Very good stay. Just one thing: it would be good to be able to access the garbage room (locked). But,we'll come back to Leo's place if we come back to the area

Very clean accommodation, impeccable, with a pleasant exterior, located in a quiet area and close to major roads which allows you to visit the area (Arcachon Bay, Bordeaux, etc.). No parking problems, we park in front of the property. Nelly and her husband are very welcoming and warm hosts. They took the time to suggest interesting places to visit. Very good communication. A big thank you. We recommend it.
