This idyllic farmhouse in the countryside is surrounded by nature, forest, and meadows, and is located just a 10–15-minute drive from Klagenfurt and therefore from Lake Wörthersee. It offers 5 rooms: two bedrooms, a living room that can also be used as a bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining area. There is also an outdoor area with a terrace and a lawn for relaxing. A maximum of 6 people can stay in the house. A crib is available upon request. New: Electric vehicle charging station (up to 22 kW)

Welcome to your new home, 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house - Vila Grad Bled :) Close to everything, but in peacefully area. It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch mitten im Alpe-Adria Raum. 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt zur slowenischen Küste Istrien, 50 Minuten zur Hauptstadt Sloweniens, Ljubljana und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Kärntner Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Häuschen ist nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet und max. 1 Haustier (!keine Kinder)
