Der nach Süden ausgerichtete Wohn-Schlafbereich ist das Herzstück dieser Wohnung. Der große Raum mit vielen Fenstern bietet ein komfortables Doppelbett (180x200 cm) und ein Schlafsessel. Die Leseecke am Fenster verschafft dem gemütlichen Raum ein besonderes Wohnzimmerflair. In nur wenigen schritten sind Sie in der Fußgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants.

The apartment is located in a very quiet location outside the village near the forest. Attractive excursion destinations can be easily reached by bike, car or boat. Hagnau is 3 km away and Meersburg is 5 km away. Day trips to Switzerland and Austria are available. The Bodensee Auszeithaus is located at the foot of the Gehrenberg, above the historically influenced town of Markdorf and is 8 km away from Lake Constance. The apartment has three 83 sqm rooms with lake and alpine views, a kitchen and a bathroom with separate toilet. The cozy living room and reading room is equipped with books, music and meditation corner and has a balcony on the lake and sunny side. In the garden there are beautiful places to retreat.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Bungalow with a stunning view LOMA BUENA VISTA

Holiday cottage located on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, you can walk relatively steeply up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest for about 100 m.

The bright 2.5 room apartment has been newly renovated and lovingly furnished in an ethno-retro style. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa bed with mattress (140•200). On the shelf you will find many German, English and Turkish books and games that serve as entertainment. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom and bathroom, there is a spacious balcony with balcony furniture and partial mountain views.
