Beautiful apartment with garden and parking

We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery , but very close to big cities , Lille 20 minutes , Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes . The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, the toilet and the kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with the bathroom. The breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the forest of Phalempin. For work, the highway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

Independent studio in the heart of Wambrechies

Our 25 m2 studio is ideal for a couple discovering the North or for a person who comes to work on the Lille Metropolis. Nestled at the bottom of our garden, you benefit from private access to the studio and a view of plants and shrubs that is not overlooked. Located a 7-minute walk from the city center and 5 minutes from the fields, you can enjoy Wambrechies, its guingettes, restaurants, shops or even go shopping thanks to the convenience store located in front of the house.

Gîte du Plateau de Fléquières (apple tree) Wattignies

House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

10 min from Lille, our studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The house is located in a quiet and residential area. You can park for free in front, unlike Lille where the entire city center is paid and limited in time. You can also take the bus to Lille (in about 20 minutes). The studio is very bright. You will have your own bathroom and kitchen (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc...). Welcome to all guests!

The surroundings offer beautiful walking or cycling tours along the Canal de l 'Espierres. You can reach Roubaix in 15 minutes, and Lille, Tournai, Kortrijk or Villeneuve d 'Ascq in 25 minutes. The accommodation is very quiet with an unobstructed view overlooking the canal.

A metro station is a 2-minute walk away that will take you to Lille train stations in 15 minutes. You will appreciate the proximity to many shops.
