If traveling with little ones, the Hillcrest Cottage can comfortably accommodate one to two children for an additional fee.

Old garage turned urban cabin. Just renovated into a quaint and modern space. Centrally located, this home is only a 5-10 drive to Magnolia, downtown, and Baylor. With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in. This spacious suite includes leather couch and chairs. The accents that will feel like your “home away from home!" Relax in the rockers on the cute front porch for some true “recreation.” The adjacent kitchen dining area is well equipped for cooking with a small size refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee/tea station. The cottage has a simple but elegant country home feel. There is a large swing nestled in the large pecan trees that is fun for thrill seekers.

The Dr Pepper House

Welcome to the Dr Pepper House, one of Waco's most beautiful and historic homes. Built in 1885 by Wade Morrison, the original founder of Dr Pepper, the home has since been renovated in the early 2000's by Christian rock singer, David Crowder. We are located less than a mile from the Magnolia Silos, Downtown, and many other Waco attractions. Perfect for families, you will love all that this charming home has to offer!
