Private flat within our home

Welcome to our air BnB, this is a private flat space comprising of a spacious bedroom with king size bed. Large bathroom with jet shower and separate bath. Living room with sofa, smart TV and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Convenient location, on transport route to Newcastle city centre. 10min drive to Close House Golf Club, and walking distance to shops and pubs. Great area for walking. Note: We have two friendly cats, neither have access to the private accommodation or entrance.

The Cottage, Toft Hall

A one bed roomed but spacious bungalow, converted from a farm building. Set amongst beautiful Northumberland countryside. The coast is about 30 minutes away, plenty of National trust buildings and interesting gardens within an hour including Alnwick Castle & gardens (Harry Potter/Downton Abbey film location), Cragside, Wallington etc Well and comfortably furnished. Wifi. A good place for couples and solo adventurers. Matfen hall and Vallum 5 miles or so away if you are coming to a wedding

Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. In the mornings you can look forward to a delicious breakfast in the formal dining room. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use.

The Gosforth Retreat

This spacious self contained set up is ideal for those working in the area or for singles or couples wanting an overnight stay for a reasonable price in Newcastle. Located just off the A1 to the north of the city, it is situated in a quiet residential family area and has ample free street parking nearby. Consisting of a living room, a large double bedroom, a large bathroom with bath and separate shower, small kitchenette and shared use of the garden.

The Old Stables

Automated accommodation brings you the Old Stables. This contemporary, converted stable is perfectly laid out with all the modern amenities that you would require. High Callerton is a charming stone built hamlet originally dating back to the mid- 18th Century. Callerton Hall remains as a private residence and The Old Stables adjoins Coach House which combined once, many years ago provided carriage storage and stabling for the Hall.

A charming studio close to Regent Centre Metro, handy for the airport & rail station. A 10 min metro ride takes you into the City Centre. It is a short walk to Gosforth High Street which has a range of restaurants, cafes, a park and shops, there is also an ASDA supermarket and M&S Food just a five minute walk away.. We’re doing all we can to ensure you have a safe & enjoyable visit. The flat has its own private entrance and is located on the same grounds as the hosts’ main house. The flat is located in the Heaton area of Newcastle with lots of trendy award winning cafes, bars and restaurants located nearby. The bijou flat is ideal for a couple or very close friends.
