While main entrance and laundry room are shared the space is completely separate, offering privacy & comfort of your own home away from home in mac/grove. 1 block to macalester, few blks to st. Thomas & st Kates, 2 blks to famous grand ave & 3 blks to the mansions of summit ave. numerous restaurants. Fenced in yard, garage, washer, dryer, bathtub. Office space. Lots of storage, Lots of windows. Tv in each room with amazon prime and hulu included. Coffee and maker.

Keypad entry available for late check-ins. Parking: Free on street or there is a secured attached small 1-car garage. Home is solar powered and compost in the back if you want ecofriendly lodging. Rules: No pets No partying ($250 fine) No smoking on property ($150 fine) Please be respectful of my home and neighbors
