An unforgettable experience! I would definitely recommend this place to couples or solo travelers looking to stay in a truly unique setting—an actual historic palace that feels like stepping into a different era. The room was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy—so much so that you could easily sleep for days. There was a fresh, lovely scent of cleanliness that made the whole space feel extra inviting. One of the highlights was the charming little patio nestled in the heart of the palace—an absolute gem and perfect spot to unwind. Marcia was a fantastic host: warm, welcoming, and ready with wonderful recommendations to help us make the most of our time in the city. Highly recommended if you're looking for a memorable and elegant stay in a place full of character.

Mi trovavo a Firenze per studi e nonostante abbia avuto bisogno di soggiornare una sola notte, sono rimasta completamente soddisfatta. La camera Duomo è davvero molto carina, e ne ho apprezzato particolarmente il design; dispone inoltre di tutte le comodità essenziali. Il sistema di check-in e check out “automatizzato” è davvero molto efficace, tuttavia, qualora si dovesse avere bisogno l’host è sempre disponibile ai contatti che verranno comunicati. Inoltre, anche la posizione è estremamente comoda in quanto la struttura si trova perfettamente al centro di alcuni tra i principali luoghi di Firenze, come per esempio Palazzo Vecchio, il Duomo e la Basilica di Santa Croce. Consiglierei dunque questa sistemazione a chiunque desideri trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno a Firenze.

The place is great, has an elevator which is very comfortable if you carry luggage, very clean, the room was spacious and has great amenities For sure will come back! The hosts response was great from before booking till after booking, really recommend!

Host gentile, disponibile e proattivo, posizione ottima all’interno delle mura della città, ottimo per passare una bella serata nel centro storico, possibilità di posteggio gratuito a meno di 10 ‘ a piedi, la struttura è di per sé parte integrate della storia della cittadina in quanto edifico del del 1200, consigliato!

Minha estadia foi excepcional! Recebi uma atenção da imensa do meu anfitrião, ele foi especial! Ótima localização, uma limpeza especial, quarto super amplo….excepcional experiência! We had a great stay. Located in the center of all places to visit. We would come back again. I highly recommend this place!

Clean and good air conditioning. Not a lot to do in the town and the only way to get around is expensive taxis, but the stay at the hotel was wonderful.

Perfect location! The room was beautifully decorated with a modern touch. Check-in was super easy with the self check-in code. Everything went smoothly—highly recommend!
