Magical stay at Paola's. Hard to describe in a few words all the kindness she showed us, we immediately felt at home. Paola picked us up by car at the train station and welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine and pizza - delicious - hard to have a better arrival especially after a long journey. She was very proactive throughout our stay and even took us half a day to Chianti so we could visit a vineyard because we didn't have a car - we still can't believe her generosity! She is very attentive to all her guests and her property is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the apartment is wonderfully well decorated and equipped. We highly recommend staying at Paola's, the best Airbnb host we've ever had. Thanks again for everything Paola, you've been wonderful, and we're already dreaming of coming back! Arrivederci! :)

We had an excellent stay at Eddy's place. Eddy is an extremely responsive and helpful. He personally came to pick us up at the train station which was very sweet. The location of the house is perfect just a 5 min walk from the train station and also very near to all the main tourist locations. The house is on the first floor without a lift so you have to carry the luggage up, but eddy himself helped in carrying the luggage which I felt was very nice of him. The house was also well equipped and exactly like mentioned in the description. I would definitely recommend Eddy as an excellent host and Eva's place for a holiday in Florence. Great apartment clean and everything you need. On a dead end street so it’s quiet. A bit of a walk to the center but lots of bicycles around so that makes it easy. The host was extremely responsive, answered my texts within minutes. Note that it’s a second floor (usa first floor, 1 flight of stairs) so if you’re older with heavy luggage or have difficulty climbing stairs with suitcases it may be a challenge. I’d definitely rent this place again.

Stefano’s apartment in the center of Florence was the perfect apartment for my friends and I during our trip. The location is perfect for anyone who plans to walk around all day and have the perfect centered home for breaks in between. Stefano and Valerio had the best recommendations and made our stay feel right at home. I would stay here again and again on my next visits! Can’t recommend it enough

Beautiful and spacious apartment, has all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The photos don’t do it justice! The hosts are very communicative, hospitable and responsive, we really enjoyed our stay. The arrival instructions were detailed and clear. The apartment is in a great location, just 10 minutes walk from the main train station. We hope to visit again!

This spot is in short walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. It was very cozy and private. Great find!

The two of you stayed 2 nights in this beautiful apartment. The host is super flexible, our flight had changed and we didn't arrive until midnight, this was no problem at all. Good, clear explanation of everything upon arrival. The apartment itself is perfectly located, just outside the busy center, 50 meters from the tram and bus stops. If you come by car, there is a parking garage around the corner. Inside, everything is spik and span, several separate spaces and it looks cozy. The bathroom has all the comforts but therefore a bit on the cramped side. The shower itself is very small but still available for someone with a big posture. All in all had a good stay, definitely recommend it to others!

This place is incredible, so walkable to everything: the Ufizzi museum, the Piazzale Michelangelo, the Mercato, etc. Restaurants everywhere. Quieter than being right in the middle of everything, and not having to worry about stairs. Bed was massive, amenities like coffee were great. We even got to do our laundry. Cannot say enough good things. Silverio even let us stay a little later than check out which was so kind. Would recommend this spot to anyone!

We stayed at this apartment for three nights in April and it exactly matched the pictures. The accommodation is spacious, modernly equipped and the bed very comfortable. Particularly positive: The good connection by bus to the city center as well as the free parking directly at the accommodation. A small minus point was the weak ventilation – despite air conditioning it was quite damp in the room, so clothes were slightly clammy in the morning. The shower was missing shelves for shower gel and towel racks. Despite these little things, it was a very enjoyable stay. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. We would definitely come back and can recommend the accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at Riccardo’s. The place was wonderfully decorated and was just what we needed. Riccardo was fantastic to communicate with and provided wonderful recommendations for the area We had our toddler with us and they were able to provide a cot which was fantastic. Also some toys for her to play with. The kitchen was fantastic and has everything you would need if you wanted to cook at home. We would highly recommend this place. Thank you for having us.

Marco’s apartment was awesome for our month stay in Florence! It was clean, spacious for a couple and had all of the kitchen supplies we needed. The location is nice and quiet while having some great restaurants nearby and still just a 15-20 minute walk from the main attractions of Florence.

We had an amazing stay at this private villa. The beautiful garden made the whole place feel like a little paradise. It was incredibly quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

This is a perfect place if you'd like to explore busy Tuscany, yet at the same time you want to return at the end of each day to a place of serenity, peace and quiet. 5 minute drive from the Fi-Pi-Li highway, you have about 45 minutes to pretty much all cities (Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Sienna). We loved the house. Spacious, lots of outside spots to enjoy the view of the valley below, cozy inside, great kitchen, Nespresso machine... Two fluffy cats rule the place and there is constant gentle frog serenade from the marsh in the valley below. If you're reading this and the house is vacant, book it.

Garment very wide. Very good utensils, good olive oil, coffee without limits. The hostess is very clear and, above all, I found a very good person, who had the delicacy to write me and suggest not to go far the next day, because there was a bad weather alert for the next day. Panzano is very empty in low season, several restaurants closed, but the view of the apto's terrace is beautiful and Chiantigiana( SC 222), too. The only difficulty in relation to the apartment ( and I think it applies more to Brazilian, because it is different from here), refers to a very cool point of the city, which is the treatment of the garbage that they keep there: The entire region has 100% selective garbage collection, so that the collections are organic garbage day in, day no; and, in the interspersed, it is collected in one day in plastic, on the other paper, etc. If on the day of the exit you have garbage that is not collected that day, you have to take it with you and find the place of disposal. Super reasonable the rule; we were able to find it. ☺️

Absolutely beautiful location. Accomodation is lovely. Lorenzo was very kind and very responsive. Easy to get to, away from hustle and bustle of the city, we would definitely recommend staying here

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

Perfect location. Across the river from the Duomo, 10 minutes walk but feels quieter. Well equipped kitchen, lovely terrace with spectacular views. Unfortunately we discovered the washer was broken the last day. Other than that the apartment was perfect. We would definitely recommend it.

We had a very enjoyable stay, Ilaria was very helpful and responsive. Only negative is that as this property is very near the piazza, the street can be quite loud until very late. However, closing the windows and shutters kept most of the noise out. All in all we loved the place!

Very central position, but still quiet and peaceful. All the main attractions closed by. A really clean and well equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment within walking distance to the centre of Florence. Tram stop is also nearby if required. Really enjoyed our stay here and wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Great location, very walkable and easy to access! Right in the heart of things. We were kept up one night by tenants over us, we could hear them walking around loudly and moving chairs and tables after 1 am. We told Sabrina and she helped out by messaging the owner of the property. It was quieter the next night.

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Lorena is a very attentive host! She received us with great affection, allowed early check-in, always responded to us quickly. The apartment is well located, close to the Duomo, with several restaurants around, including I recommend the restaurants located on the same street as the building, the two closest. Clean apartment, clean linens and everything comfortable! It was a great stay! I highly recommend it!

Loved this quiet apartment in Santo Spirito, offering incredible views over the Arno and Ponte Vecchio! It’s a fantastic location – we felt like locals away from the tourist bustle, yet easily walkable to everything. Plenty of charming neighborhood spots (bars, restaurants) and a supermarket are close by (amazing wine bar across the street!). The kitchen is small but functional, and the washer/dryer worked perfectly (very convenient!). Luca was a helpful host with great local tips. Excellent choice for a Florence stay!
