This B&B is a beautiful room in a tower overlooking a piazza in San Gimignano center. it is a bustling center with lots of activity with cafes and shops right below. the view out the window of this piazza includes other towers. The location is an easy walk to museums and art galleries as well as churches and there is a very delicious gelateria right below the ro9m on the piazza. The host was very helpful and runs two locations: one just outside the main city walls and one in the city center. we arrived by car and met the host at the location outside the city walls and followed him over to this location. He provided us a map of where we could park nearby and wad very responsive to all our questions. the breakfast each morning was perfect with a delicious array of pastries and cakes, juices, cereals, yogurt, fruit and eggs to order. highly recommend.

The best room in Italy I have ever lived! Lavinia and Riccardo are really nice, kind, zealous and friendly! They gave us the best service! Also, breakfast is nice, especially cookies! You won't regret it if you live there! Anyway, I will live there every time in Florence afterwards.

What a beautiful, beautiful home. This stay was at the back end of a 6-week travel through Europe for me and my partner. It was the perfect place to unwind, between the beautiful flowers and forest, the running creek, the gorgeous home and lovely hosts, we barely wanted to leave to explore Tuscany! Elisa and Alessandro made us feel right at home and helped to explain the whole area to us. We tried fantastic wine, ate beautiful food and honestly loved our stay. Thank you Alessandro and Elisa!

We had a great time with our two dogs at Sabrina's house. Everything was very clean and according to the photos and descriptions. The breakfast was wonderful, and the facilities were incredible, well maintained, with stunning views and a fantastic pool!! Thank you Sabrina for your kindness, we had a great time!!

Excellent attention from Carla and Nico! Very friendly and helpful. We couldn't rent a car so Carla took us all the way to the entrance of the city when her schedules matched, it was very helpful! It's quiet, the pre-social panoramic view… some taxis do not enter until the door of the house which is approximately 5 blocks up the road.

Excellent place, very good breakfast, Mario and the whole team are excellent hosts, there are places nearby to eat and bars, until late, the area is safe for walking at night. Just keep in mind that there is no elevator, if you have heavy luggage

It was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in my entire life. I don't have enough words to explain how wonderful it was to stay here. I felt at home. Cris did everything to make our stay the best possible. The room is large and comfortable, I slept like a dream. All the amenities possible. Everything is very clean and smells nice, the staff is friendly, the shower is good, the room is super complete and equipped. The photos don't do justice to the beauty of the place, it's so much better. Thank you sooooo much, I will never forget this amazing days

A magical overnight experience - we indulged at their exquisite restaurant, had a wonderful sleep and woke to views of misty gardens and the sound of waterfalls in the distance. A beautiful property and wonderful hosts and staff. Thank you!

Great beds. Bathroom in the room. Too bad about the phöne that worked a little less. Card for the room is useful. Downstairs lounge only on the 3rd floor had zero problems.
