Tiny house vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Florence

This was a fabulous little unit. There should be more photos as it also included a fridge, small cooker, utensils and pans. A glorious and friendly site. We were next door to the combined bar, mini market and restaurant where both the food and staff were excellent. Overall, great value in a beautiful setting.

Maria was a very great host. I requested to stay for a couple more nights and she blocked the dates that I wanted so I can book it. Her place is as it was described. The only con for us is probably how slow the wifi was but we have phone data plans so that was not really a big of a deal for us. Also very walkable to main attractions but still peaceful at night and away from the busy crowds. There’s also a bus station nearby. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you Maria!

Vielen Dank an Marco, Lorenzo und die Familie! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und wurden toll umsorgt! Vom herzlichen Empfang in einer sauberen, gepflegten Wohnung mit eigener kleiner, zurückgezogener Terrasse, über den regelmäßig gereinigten Pool war alles perfekt zum entspannen. Wir kommen gern wieder! Die Wohnung liegt bei einem kleinen Gut am Waldrand völlig abgeschieden über eine gute Schotterstraße erreichbar. Man sieht den Sonnenuntergang zwischen den Bäumen und hat nach Südosten vom Pool (groß genug für kurze Bahnen) Aussicht auf die malerische Chianti Landschaft. Die Wohnung ist sozusagen alleinstehend und gut ausgestattet mit vielen Kochutensilien und kleiner Aussensitzecke. Während die Zikaden tagsüber für Urlaubsstimmung sorgen, ist es nachts sehr still, die Türen zwischen Bad, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind hellhörig, zur Küche ist keine Tür. Florenz ist in ca. 35min erreichbar und die ganze Chianti Gegend lädt zum erkunden ein (bis Siena 1h 10min)

Dan is such a nice guy, really helpful and always takes the initiative to help. We loved the views, pool, and enjoyed our stay. Our apartment was big with a bedroom, loft and kitchen. Loved having a kitchen as it is hard to get around. We are not great drivers, so navigating the narrow gravel road to the property was always scary. It's highest on the mountain so expect lots of tough turns and squeezing through the houses. Once you get there, it's a terrific place.

Mi estancia en Raggiolo ha sido simplemente maravillosa. El lugar es de una belleza única, ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza y la tranquilidad. La casa estaba impecable, muy bien equipada y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad y la disponibilidad de Maurizio, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa. Gracias a sus recomendaciones, he podido descubrir rutas preciosas para caminar y visitar lugares llenos de historia y cultura. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable y sin duda espero poder volver pronto. Antonio

Très bel endroit, la villa est spacieuse avec deux salle de bains. Franco à été très serviable, réactif et à répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions. La piscine est un atout indéniable, très agréable, très bien équipée mais mériterait un entretien plus régulier. l'équipement de la cuisine était un peu réduit, il nous a fallu être créatifs pour y faire la cuisine mais les hôtes ont toujours su nous apporter à temps ce qui nous manquait. Enfin le seul point négatif est les matelas qui ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un si joli endroit et d'une si belle maison. Point très positif, les moustiquaires aux fenêtres et les ventilateurs dans chaque chambre. Nous avons pu visiter Sienne, Florence et Pise ainsi que la très belle vallée de Greve avec ses vignes et ses villages tous plus charmants les uns que les autres.

Cercavamo tranquillità e pace e l'abbiamo trovata in questa piccola casetta sul lago. Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia con il nostro cane e siamo stati benissimo. Ottimo punto di partenza per passeggiare nella natura e per esplorare le zone circostanti. È sicuramente necessario avere l'auto per poter scegliere di stare presso questo alloggio. Paolo è gentile, presente e molto disponibile.

Very nice place to stay near Florence. Carlo is very friendly and will tell you how to get to Florence by bus or with your car. Also i highly recommend to go to the restaurant Il tre Pini which Carlo told us about. The tinyhouse was clean and the garden was nice to look at and stroll around, eventho we had lots of mosquitoes around. All in all it was a very nice stay and I would come back anytime. Thanks Carlo

A beautiful place ! The garden is a shared garden with two platforms and two small wooden houses. The shared area with pool, showers and chill out places is perfectly structured. The communication was easy and all the advice and help from the hosts was amazing. Big recommendation !

Silvia ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, die einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich macht. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause. Danke besonders auch für den Transfer vom und zum Futapass!

Eu e meu marido ficamos uma noite na acomodação. A localização é ótima, limpeza impecável. Recomendado.

Nous avons adoré le domaine de Lucia. Le jardin est juste SUBLIME les vues de tout les côtés de la propriété sont à couper le souffle. La petite maison est trop mignonne. Très chaud a l'intérieur mais c'est l'été et malgrés les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit il fesait hyper chaud. La piscine est très belle avec la vue sur les champs d'oliviers, les lavandes et les collines environnantes. Le lever de Soleil est spectaculaire et si vous êtes leve tôt vous aurez peut être la chance comme nous de trouver des Cerfs dans les champs c'était incroyable ! Merci à Lucia d'avoir accepté nos chiens qui ont été très sages et parfait pour eux car la forêt a côté pour aller promener. La propriété est au calme mais attention si véhicule bas pour le chemin il faut rouler doucement. Supers restaurants dans le village de Loro Ciuffena et de bonnes glaces . Bref merci tout était parfait. Juste petite salle d'eau mais pour les vacances ça va ! Merci Lucia et plein de bonheur dans ce Havre de paix.
