There are only stairs (2 stories) to access the suites, and once you’re up, you enter the Loft experience. The staircase is a little tight so please let us know if you think there could be any problem and we’ll send you More images. BIG BALCONY There's a BIG window that opens from side to side that gives you access to comfy balcony with a hammock. It's great to chill and watch humming birds come for a drink. KITCHEN and MEAL The Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook and feel at home: Brand new Cutlery, water and wine glasses, plates in all sizes, pitcher, stove, microwave, regular oven, cleaning utensils and more. There are 4 places to enjoy meals or coffee: - Main table - Small table in balcony - On the couch by the T.V. - Table in Roof Top SOFT BEDSHEETS Our soft bed sheets have been carefully selected and you will find and array of pillows such as thick, thin, hypo allergenic, memory foam and/or feathered pillows so that you can have a great night sleep. KING BED There's one King Bed in the main bedroom and one Sofa that turns into a bed in the living room. TV + NETFLIX INCLUDED Our smart TV's are connected to the internet and include a Netflix account for you to enjoy while covered with Soft TV blankets. BICYCLES There are plenty of bike services all around the area. You can easily access their app and enjoy them at really low cost. On Sundays, there's a bicycle circuit that starts right outside our home. Streets are closed so it's a great and safe activity. CLEANING SERVICE If you book 3 days ir more, one cleaning service every 3 days goes on us. :) CLOTHES CLEANING SERVICES AND CONVENIENCE STORE A couple steps from our door step there's a clothes cleaning facility with Dry cleaning offering same day service. There's a 24 hour convenience store down the street. DESIGNED FOR AIRBNB I built and designed these spaces with my wife as we just remodeled our home. The place has been created to offer a delicious experience and it’s brand new. There's a shared Roof Garden that has a table with chairs as well as a couple of sun-beds. This area is sun lit all day long. Great for: - sun tanning - work meetings - exterior breakfast - Amazing for roof top dinners also. You'll find all that you need in the kitchen. We (myself, wife and baby) live underneath in our house and love to meet new people. Although we work a lot and everything is set for you to have a pleasant problem-free experience, if you ever need anything we are more than happy to help out and of course if we have some free time we'd love to get to meet you! The loft is in La Escandon, a great neighborhood that's walking distance to parks, coffee shops, markets, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, libraries, and public transportation. It's one block from a private hospital. Metrobus (trolley-styled) is a couple of streets away. A Metro station is also very near. Walking distance from tons of cool, amazing places. 2 bicycles are included free of charge Eco Bici (bicycle rental) station around the corner

Travel in style in this gorgeous, spacious and modern apartment in the city's best location. Roma is the city's trendiest neighborhood and this apartment on Colima Street is two blocks away from its heart, with plenty of great options for dinning, shopping and sightseeing. The building stands behind a recently restored classic Porfirian house, so you have modern amenities alongside the classic architectural style that made Roma famous. It's set up for around the clock self check-in, and we're fully commited to following strict guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing in these trying times. The apartment has a great layout with no wasted space whatsoever, and we've taken care to ensure that it's the kind of space that we would want to live in both in terms of absolute comfort and thoughtful decoration. It's located in a modern addition to an old Porfirian townhouse that's been recently gut renovated to preserve the iconic feel of the neighborhood in the front with more modern amenities in the back. The apartment features one bedroom with a king size bed and its own private bathroom with a rack for hanging your clothes. Outside the bedroom there's a small laundry room so you can wash and dry your clothes and beyond that a large living room / dinning room with an open kitchen and a toilet restroom. On the other side of the living room lies an open terrace to kick your feet up and enjoy the afternoon. Finally, there's a parking space available for you should you need it. We live four blocks away, so we can be avaliable on short notice if anything in particular comes up or if you just want to some pointers about cool things to do in the neighborhood, but other than that you'll have complete privacy to enjoy your stay as you see fit. Full of street life, the Roma neighborhood is one the city's premier spots to walk around and treat yourself to excellent restaurants, funky bars, hip stores and cool art galleries surrounded by some of the city's best architecture. Roma is centrally located, allowing you to walk towards many of the city's other highlights such as Downtown, la Condesa, Reforma Avenue and Chapultepec Park and Castle. The apartment's street is very quiet, but you're very close to major transportation lines. Metrobus Insurgentes is two blocks away, Metrobus Cuauhtemoc is six blocks away and major transportation hub Metro Insurgentes is three blocks away. There's also a taxi Station two blocks away in Alvaro Obregón, and the whole neighborhood is always full of Uber drivers looking to pickup fares. Major avenues such as Reforma or Avenida Chapultepec are in close walking distance from the apartment (nine and four blocks away respectively). Finally, the apartment has a parking space available for you if you're planning on arriving by car. Please be mindful whenever you step outside on the balcony. For safety reasons the sliding door can only be opened from the inside, so do not close it behind you if you step outside.

Newly remodeled, with two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower with hot water. It is a perfect place to relax after an intense day in the exciting atmosphere of Mexico City. Beautiful flat equipped with everything you need for a great stay in Mexico City. It is located in the heart of the trendy Roma neighborhood, blocks away from the noisy night scene so you can rest peacefully. It´s on a second floor with street view and big windows that open up fully. It has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. Big closets with a safety box for your important documents and enough space for your clothes and suitcases.
