We had a wonderful stay at Haven cottage. It was our first holiday with our baby and the cottage had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy, with a travel cot, baby bath and even a baby carrier provided by Anna. The cottage was lovely and the location was perfect being a short walk to a pub, cafe and lots of country walks. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again!

We have absolutely loved our stay at Toadlands and cannot recommend it enough! 🩷 The location is just wonderful and allows you to completely destress and switch off. The hut itself was warm, cosy and super comfortable - it was a real home away from home. Sitting in the hot tub listening to the birdsong was such a treat, as was toasting marshmallows on the firepit under the stars. 🌌 It is clear from all of the tiny details, both inside the hut and out, that Jane really cares about your experience as guests and we really appreciated her thoughtfulness in this aspect. We will definitely be returning to Toadlands in the not so distant future, and would urge who is after a complete retreat from the world to book in - you will not regret it! 🥰

Gorgeous little cottage in a nice village in a brilliant area for walks. The cottage is very well equipped and kitted out. It is characterful and cosy, with quality furniture and decor - bed linen and curtains were all lovely. You can walk from the door or short drive to reservoirs, waterfalls, even a super park run at nearby Hammsterley Forest. Absolutely cannot fault it.

We had a wonderful stay at Howee Inn. It’s small but perfectly formed and had everything we needed for one night. Pamela was really friendly and provided clear instructions and made sure we had everything we needed. We were left bread, milk, eggs and butter which was a lovely touch that we enjoyed for breakfast. The local area is lovely too, and we would recommend the local pub for dinner.
