Or you can walk down to our young woodland area where you can picnic,toast marshmallows over our fire pit ,let your dog run free or just enjoy a quiet stroll.

Spacious barn conversion with contemporary decor. Two double bedrooms, both en-suite. Master bedroom has a freestanding bath and is set up in the eaves of the barn, majority of the room is full height. There is a 1st floor dressing room with tv and a small double sofa bed. There is a decked area outside with seating overlooking a pond. We are situated in a village with a local shop 300 metres away. Diss is 2 miles, 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk along quiet lanes. A car is essential.
