Vacation rentals with a balcony in Midi-Pyrénées

Very well located apartment, a few minutes walk from the center where the restaurants are located. The residence is quiet and well maintained, the pool very nice and the apartment very functional. I would highly recommend.

Perfect and well located apartment with a bakery just downstairs. In case of rain, the water passes through the windows. A good agency. Bathtub of the bathroom a little small.

We recently concluded a 2-month stay in this penthouse apartment and had a generally positive experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the spacious and inviting terrace, which offered a fantastic outdoor space to relax and enjoy the views. Additionally, the availability of private parking and the apartment’s excellent location added much convenience to our visit. However, we did encounter a few issues upon arrival. The house was not completely clean, and we found that the bathtub was broken, which made it impossible for us to take a bath. Additionally, the absence of a curtain in the bathroom meant that water would end up everywhere during showers. These were minor inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic stay. Despite these drawbacks, we greatly enjoyed our time here.

The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations. We are 2 adults, 2 children and 1 infant, and the accommodation suited us for our week. Beach 5 minutes walk, private parking, convenience store next door. The agency is very responsive and friendly. I recommend it for your holiday.

The sea view from the very large terrace is incredibly beautiful. The same was stated in the apartment description. We would come back to stay anytime.

The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The very good situation, in the middle of the forest, calmly and a 5 minute drive to ski slopes. Meritxell helped us in everything and offered us a very good treatment. I'm sure we'll be back.

Enajite's house is located in the heart of Agde and is one of the most beautifully maintained house i have stayed in.She and Stéphanie were always very quick to act and communicate whenever we faced any issue.Highly recommended by me!

We had a lovely week with the family. The view is breathtaking! Very close to the most beautiful beaches. Listing as described. Very quiet place. The fact that the pool is a shared pool was no problem, mutual respect for the people present. We recommend!

Our host André was very nice. We enjoyed this cozy little nest! This dovecote is such a lovely one.

Well-designed accommodation, perfect for spending the week. Very nice exterior. House 15 min from the beach on foot. The only negative is the lack of air conditioning, in heat like this week is really unbearable especially at night.

We enjoyed getting together as a family in this house. The large dining table and spacious living room are great for a rainy weekend. The bedding is good and the rooms are spacious and nice. The outdoor space was still in "hibernation" but the open view of the garden is always very relaxing. My family and I stayed here for 10days in mid June. The Villa was lovely, very spacious and airy and peaceful. It was great having the pool and lovely garden (despite the mosquitos who loved our Irish blood unfortunately!) and the views of the mountains was spectacular. Our host was very accommodating regarding the check-in and checkout times (our flights were a bit awkward) and she was on hand when we thought there was an issue with the pool (there wasn't!). The local town, Saint Genis, was quaint and everyone was very friendly and helpful (we unfortunately had to visit the pharmacy a couple of times). Argeles and Collioure were only 15-20 mins drive away, very easy to get to with loads of nice restaurants to check out and my Dad enjoyed his daily morning swim at the peaceful Plage du Racou. All in all it was a great stay at the Villa. One small note, it would have been nice to have had towels provided for the stay, we bought some in the supermarket. Other than that, perfect!
