Monthly Rentals in Minami-Alps

The place was in a convenient location and was close by the grocery. Space was very minimalist and has a staircase access going to the second floor. We were 5 adults, 2 kids and an infant and we booked last minute so the amenities prepared were for 4 that time. It was hard to manage the heater since the breaker would get tripped when we had to run the heater on all the rooms and was told to run the heater one at a time. During this time , it was an unusually cold winter and it was hard to manage with all the kids freezing. I suggest to bundle up or bring some hand warmers.

The hospitality of the owner 覚広さん is great! There is a cleaning and trash pick up service done by the owner. Additionally, since we stayed during the winter, the gas-powered heating machines were a life-saver. Finally, we were very happy that there is a pot in which we were able to easily prepare food for our big group.

what an amazing, beautiful place this is!! location and views alone makes you feel instantly relaxed. Rei is an excellent host, the place is immaculate and includes everything you need and more. Rei goes over and above, she kindly offered to post some important left behind goods. We highly recommend this for your next stay in the Suwa area. thank you

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s literally like walking into a Japanese Grandma’s house, complete with vintage touches. Would love to stay here again next time we’re in Kofu!
