Vacation rentals with a patio in Mindanao

My stay at April Joy's apartment was good. The apart is in a large development a few minutes walk from downtown malls (SM, Ayala and Gaisano) and transport shuttles to and from airport... Very nice pool and gym which was nice. Apartment is a studio which was OK for a short stay. Very fast Wifi was a bonus. April Joy was very responsive to messages and everything worked as it should.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for our group of family and friends, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Even though our check-in was a bit last-minute, the host was incredibly accommodating and made the process smooth. We did have a small issue with one item, but the host handled it with such politeness and consideration that it was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The host was very easy to communicate with, very hospitable , clear with her instructions for us to have to experienced a smooth check-in. We found the place to be very clean, with great space, very quiet surrounds with easy access to shops and the famous ihaw-ihaw lane in GenSan. We highly recommend this place and yes we will stay here again.

I was very happy with my stay here! Anne responded quickly to my messages, gave clear instructions on how to check in/out and was very accommodating by allowing for an early check in :) The room is comfortable, clean and looks like the photos advertised. Location is ideal (walking distance to the mall), guards and reception staff are friendly and I enjoyed the ammedities including pool, gym and laundry service. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!!

It was my first Airbnb booking and Im not disappointed. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The place is cute but elegant and its certainly relaxing. The only problem i have is that I haven't stayed long.

I had a great 4-day stay at the house—it was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was peaceful, and I truly felt at home.

This home is extremely beautiful, likely one of the best places in Davao. Very modern home, nice outdoor area and comfortable. I would happily stay here again. A few important notes. The maps location sent by the host was incorrect. We took a grab to the location provided and was unable to find the caretaker. We had to wait with the taxi until he came on a motorbike and guided the way to the house. When I mentioned this error to the host to help other guests, I was told that the information provided was valid. When in reality there is two streets with the same name close together. Make sure you are going to the one right next to Abreeza mall. Also, the caretaker enters the outside area to clean in the morning which we were surprised by. If you work graveyard shift, there is often noisy construction during the day. However the property is quiet during the night. Overall you should not hesitate to book, but do be aware of these few details.

it's always a 5-star for me when the bedsheet linens and pillows, towels, and curtains are clearly fresh and clean!!! the house makes one easily feel at home immediately. PLUS POINTS for sqeaky clean kitchen utensils and tools! hooray for availability of hot and cold water 24/7!!! aircon units emit fresh air, so great! we felt very safe while seeing the cctv recordings around the perimeter. perfect place for cute hatchback car owners.

We were stunned at the location. This is comparable to a private resort. we could not believe how impressive the location was for the price. Arno graciously picked us up from the port (airport pickup also available) and offered us the use of his car to drive around which was extremely helpful. The location is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with trees, plants and a pool. The compound is also self-sufficient with solar panels and harvested rainwater. the home itself was extremely modern, equipped with Wi-Fi and starlink for internet, beautiful bathroom, fully equipped and spacious kitchen and a bedroom with an amazing view of the garden. In the centre of the garden is a large area for dining and socialising. the buildings are named after the planets and have architecture Which is thematic for the buildings. this is the best Airbnb we have ever been to and it was like being part of the family. Thank you Arno and family. we will definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay! The linens smelled so fresh and clean, and the entire house was spotless. It had all the amenities we needed—plenty of plates, drinking glasses, mugs, knives, a chopping board, frying pans, casseroles in different sizes, a gas range, rice cooker, heater, refrigerator, water dispenser, hair dryers, and an electric iron. There were also enough hangers, which was very convenient. The only minor downside was that the bathroom didn’t have a bucket and dipper, and the washing machine was defective. Other than that, everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

My first time to use AirBnb and tried Verdon Parc. Im kinda nervous since the price listed here was lesser knowing it was in the 22nd floor than any other hosts I chatted with. The host is very friendly, kind and proactive with all my queries despite midnight. I expected 1BR as listed but were shocked it was 2 and the place is spacious specially the balcony was a highlight and very clean. Also, we will recommend this to all my friends who already saw my posts in the socmed. Surely, we’ll come back here. ❤️

Great instructions. Good communication. it is a bit smaller than I imagined but it is on the 25th floor with a nice view.

Condo was amazing and centrally located so that we had access to all malls and restaurants. Host and co host were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else looking for a great location.

The place was spotless, everything worked out the whole team was so incredibly helpful. All transports were organized for us at very fair prices. The scooter was also in very good condition, the price was also great. We highly recommend this place to anyone. Highlighted is that we had an issue with a ferry and the team went out of their way to help and support us.
