Had a pleasant overnight stay with my family here! The door lock was intimidating, but we were amazed by the security. 😊 the unit itself was clean and the beds were comfy! The internet could have been faster, though. But overall, we enjoyed our quick staycation here. 😊

Place is pretty clean, we loved it. However i asked for a recommendation for home massage i did not get an answer. I would understand if they do not allow it in the house. They just need to be clear about it. But overall the place was awesome. Complete amenities. If ever we will go to Davao again we will definitely book here.

Nove did a great job responding to any questions or concerns. Unfortunately the beautiful pool isn't open yet. This condo has a lot of things in place for you for convenience. I stayed in a condo across the hall as well and it wasn't equipped with all the amenities this place had. I would stay here again

We booked this at short notice, and it was no problem for the host. She also allowed us to check in much earlier than would be the norm, which was super good. It was only a short walk to the places we needed to go, so very convenient. For the price, this was a great place to stay. :)

Condo was amazing and centrally located so that we had access to all malls and restaurants. Host and co host were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else looking for a great location.

My friends and I had a comfortable stay at Nina’s home. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free, and all the essentials we needed were well provided. Her place is well-maintained and offers the best view of Mt. Apo and Samal Island. Ms. Nina is a very responsive host, and even on short notice, she still managed to accommodate us.

I had a wonderful stay at Asmalia's condo. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient and quiet. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The place is nicely furnished and it’s very convenient. Highlights - views of the city from the balcony and it’s a short walking distance to the best coffee in town - H Proper Coffee Roasters. Raymond was helpful and promptly responded to questions.

I had an amazing stay at this newly built house! The place is modern, spacious, and everything feels brand new. The mattress and blankets were so comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with great utensils, so cooking was a breeze. There’s even a griller that doesn’t require charcoal, which was a fantastic bonus for outdoor cooking. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout the house, keeping it cool and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. Plus, the entire place was spotless and very well-maintained. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay!

The hosts are very responsive and accommodating from the time I've inquired about their place up until we have checked-in. The neighborhood is private and secured as it's in a subdivision with guards. It is also near the convenience stores, cafès and restaurants, and tourist spots. You'll definitely get the bang for your buck.

The hosts work very to make sure your stay is comfortable. We had a baby with us and they purchased a playpen for our use before we arrived. Amazing! The house is large. 4 comfortable large beds with AC in every room including the living room. The best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. Every appliance you can imagine including the elusive toaster! More spices than I have at home. All the little extras are provided. They even deliver the water so you don’t have to go get it. Very kind. Hot water that works in the shower. Laundry and food are walkable. There is a vegan restaurant across the street As I mentioned the hosts work very hard for you. They offer shuttle service for a reasonable fee. A large group could very comfortably stay here. I would stay here again for sure.

it was a great experience staying at boho chic, it was clean and host is very responsive. it is located in a private area so after a long day of tours and beach you will feel relax when come back to the place. you will feel at home. thank you so much Ms. Rhea. we had a great stay ☺️

Super nice host and family, the host picked me up in the other place i was and his wife took me to the airport when i needed to leave. The place is awesome on top of the mountains, fresh air and not hot, a nice wind hitting there daily. The wifi conn, space, structure, everything is good! plus you have a super nice support from the host family, while staying there he and his wife often sent me messages to make sure everything is alright and i dont need anything else. Couldnt be more grateful to stay there and have the support of so many wonderful people. I strongly recommend staying there, specially if you love mountain views with a beautiful sea. Thank you and your family!!

Kim's place was definitely cozy as described. It had almost everything we needed for our short stay in Davao. Kim was also very responsive and was quick when it came to inquiries. Although I would suggest to have bath mats for the bathroom as it would get really wet and messy after showers, as well as condiments such as oil, salt, pepper, garlic, etc for cooking. Other than that, I would recommend this place for those who are looking for a comfortable stay in Davao.
