We had a wonderful stay in Sir Raymond's place, the room was spacious and clean. The best thing was I can cook no need to eat out, but there are restaurants you can choose just down the hotel. The location is just perfect,everything is within walking distance. You can go to the nearest shopping mall by tricycle for only 15-20 pesos. The staff is accommodating and always smiling. Great place to stay.

Alles Top, ich würde hier sofort wieder buchen. Durch einen kleinen Weg etwas von der Hauptstraße entfernt und daher sehr ruhig. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten. Sehr sauber. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

The security guards very helpful! The one thought my bag had a body in it and he still helped me get it into the taxi 😂

Fijn en rustig verblijf. Goed werkende airco en hele aangename warme douche. Uitgebreide privé-keuken en voldoende plaats in de ruimte voor je kleding etc. kwijt te kunnen. De enige puntjes van verbetering zijn de handdoeken (deze stonken behoorlijk en worden pas na 6 nachten verschoond, net zoals het beddengoed) en de vloer in de kamer was bij aankomst nog best vies met zand/vuiligheid.

We had a short but amazing stay. The location was top notch and very safe to walk around even when it’s late hours. The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. It’s super close to Alona beach and lots of restaurants around. We will definitely come back and stay again. Thank you so much for all your help 😊

Schöne und ruhige Unterkunft mit Meersicht. Nahe am Strand. Der Strand ist schön, jedoch nicht sehr gut zum baden geeignet, da das Meer sehr flach ist und viel Seegras hat. Mit dem Roller kann man viele tolle Orte schnell erreichen.

The place is super convenient. I stayed there for two weeks, and there are restaurants right downstairs, plus some eateries and laundry shops nearby. There's also a pharmacy close by. Sir Oliver, the caretaker, is really polite and always offers to clean the room—just a text away. I definitely recommend this place! Sir Raymond is also quick to respond to any questions.

Enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is big, it’s not far from Valencia square, but transportation is recommended. We had a problem with the AC and Maria and staff were quick to respond.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Apartmentanlage mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Camiguin, sowie einzigartige Sonnenuntergänge. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und das WLAN funktioniert in jedem Bereich der Anlage. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist komplett ausgestattet, inklusive Wasserspender und Eiswürfelmaschine. Der Garten ist mit sehr viel Liebe angelegt, aus dem man sich jederzeit bedienen kann. Jürgen und Megs stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung und geben ihr Wissen über Anda und Umgebung gerne weiter. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen im nächsten Jahr. S&C :)))

We stayed at Charisma's place for two weeks and we had a great time. The room is spacious, and the garden very pleasant. The wifi connexion is great too as they have a fiber connexion. it is located around 10 minutes away from San Juan, so all restaurants are easily accessible by bike. We will be back, thank you Charisma and Sascha!

Excellent View of the City. Very Clean. Very responsive host. It was a pleasant stay.

A very nice self-contained unit! Has micro-wave, kettle, TV with a range of channels, separate lounge and bedroom (which has an air-con). The kitchen and comfort room are available via a door leading outside (but still private to the unit). Pots and eating utensils were provided and unit was super-clean! It is about 400m walk to the main road where there is a mini-mart and satellite market. Even though the unit is geographically close to the sea, to actually see the sea requires a pedicab or motor-taxi ride for a few kms. I enjoyed my stay - it's a nice place for a few days in Bais!

They were very responsive! I booked the wrong dates, and they accommodated my request to move it a day earlier. The place is also clean and as pictured! A bang for the buck!
