Wonderful stay, beautiful property and a great location!

We have stayed at many guest homes and this place was charming. Very clean-exactly what you could expect in northern Wisconsin. On a lovely lake, quiet. The home was extremely clean and very had many amenities that made it feel like a north woods experience,

Nina's place was phenomenal. The natural beauty of the area was unmatched, and the amenities provided for anything you could want in a cabin get away. Would highly recommend!

This was our second wintertime visit to this AirBnB. The place is cozy, peaceful, clean. A great place to stay and we will definitely hope to be back.

This place was amazing!!! My kids loved it and asked to book it already for next year. Amazing view and house. Best we have stayed at yet. Dawn was amazing and very informative.

We loved our stay at Jeff's place. the wood stove was so cozy, the furniture very comfortable, and really reliable wifi that I was even able to work from there. Even the lake was still ice, the view was beautiful from the sun room. We will definitely come back!

We had a great time at Nicholas’ house. The size was perfect for the three of us. The view of the lake was beautiful, we could see the sunrise every morning from the window. Our dog enjoyed playing outside and running down from the house to the lake. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook. The beds were comfy and we also used the pull out sofa/bed. We also had a bonfire our last night there. It was a very peaceful and relaxing time we spent there.

The home was clean and comfortable for our family. It was a peaceful setting and exactly as described. The host left plenty of towels and games for us to play. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was clean and comfortable, great location the guest and I really enjoyed staying here!

We didn’t venture out so can’t really speak to the area amenities except that there were lakes, rolling hills, woods around us. A very peaceful neck of the woods. And the house was perfect for 3 couples. Would also be great if you had kids. Lots of dining space, large kitchen with lots of counter space, great for staying in and cooking, playing games, relaxing in front of the fireplace. We hope to return in summer months.

Wonderful place for the family to stay while we visited grandma. Got to see deer and turkeys while sitting in the living room which was lovely. Very responsive host and description of the place and instructions were super clear. Planning to stay here again sometime!

Nice little cabin! Decorated well and full of almost anything you might need including lots of clean towels, shower soaps, toilet paper, bed linens, pillows, dressers, extension cords, internet, TVs in living room and bedroom, multiple tiki torches, outdoor furtiture like tables and chairs, charcoal grill, outdoor cooking griddle, nice front yard, friendly neighbors and like advertised a cozy place.

It was a cute and cozy cabin that was perfect for our family of 4. It is literally 5 minutes away from Ski Brule and better accommodations in our book than other options. The little fireplace in the living room really made the difference in ambiance! Had everything we needed and was super clean. Things were organized, extra blankets, good wi-fi, tv worked and had all the kitchen utensils & pans we needed. Our only hiccup was that we drove in at night - so finding this remote little cabin took a minute, google maps doesn't take you down the "resort" road. But it didn't take us long to figure it out. It was great going back and forth from the ski hill, or to take a break mid day. The little lamps lining the paths at night were also helpful! Winter was beautiful and kids enjoyed playing out on the icy lake in between times at the ski hill. Owner was extremely responsive and attentive. We will return!

Great place for a week/weekend on the lake. The water is beautiful and the cabin is in the middle of everything which is extremely convenient. A very comfortable place with everything you need.

Rick and I enjoyed eleven nights at Maple Cottage on Solberg Lake. Everything went very smoothly. All amenities were exactly as represented. Internet speed was 100,000 MPS, very responsive for youtubeTV and for cell phone service. Overall, we had a wonderful time, next to a beautiful lake. Pamela and Jon are wonderful hosts..... We plan to be back again in 2025, and future years. Sincerely, Gary

The cottage was beautiful and very well equipped with even the components to make s'mores. Everything that we could have needed was there. And the fishing WAS good off the dock. Our family enjoyed their time there as did we. Mary was an exceptional Host. She responded to all of my questions completely and in a timely fashion. If we return to Minocqua, we will definitely consider staying there again.

We had a lovely stay at Kevin's cabin. We were met by Kevin's neighbor and longtime friend, Dave anad his wife Heidi. They made sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful location, great eating places and just an all around relaxing long weekend!!

Our Family had been very fortunate to have spent many happy years in this cabin , my wife’s grandfather built this back in the 60’s.And things in life happen , the cabin was sold 2018 ( I think) . Soooo .Rick and Cynthia gave us a great gift . We went back ! Enjoyed time with family , we also renewed wedding vows , 40 years 🥳🥳🥳🥳after all we did honeymoon in the cabin ! So …. THANK YOU !

If you are looking for a remote, peaceful quiet North Woods retreat this is it. Everything needed was there waiting for us. Bob & Rita were very good at providing pre-trip info and responding to any inquiries. We had a great time and will consider another visit in the future.
