We had a lovely stay. Good off-center location, quiet, with walking distance to the city center. Good value for money and good communication with the owners. We recommend and would happily come back if we have a chance.

A super clean and very appealing apartment with everything you need to feel good! Top equipped and nothing is missing. From spices, dishwasher tabs to cleaning and bathroom items, everything is available. Great, great and great again. 😉 Thank you again and again for everything😉😘

Very pleasant contact and quick response. We felt very comfortable. The flat was very spacious, modern and clean. In the terrace we were able to relax and enjoy the sun's rays. We will be happy to come back.

Fantastic place to stay in beautiful surroundings! Our stay at this house near Como was just perfect. The house itself is modern and stylishly decorated, yet wonderfully nestled in the charming old village – a great combination of tradition and modernity. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend this place!

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

There were three of us on vacation with a dog in this beautiful apartment and we couldn't have met it better. The apartment has a magnificent view and is in the sunshine from morning to evening. A cozy place with soul. Simply fantastically beautiful. Elisabetta & Mattia were great hosts, with great tips on the surroundings. We recovered superbly and had feelings of spring over New Year's Eve thanks to the great location & pure sun. Clear recommendation!

What an amazing house Ivana has. Outside beautiful, easily accessible, private outdoor seating area. Inside, all expectations go above and beyond. We enjoyed the house, the surroundings and the delicious apple pie.

Spent two weeks in this lovely house. For us steep stairs and private room located outside of the building was OK, so no complains. Huge winner of the house is its location, close to the great bouldering in Brione as well as fantastic hiking that you can start straight of the house. The view is gorgeous and the village is quite and charming with all rustic style buildings. Would definitely recommend for active people who value great views and the nature nearby. Restaurant with delicious food is for sure a must visit :) Grazie Enrico !!! And see you soon I hope :)

Even though I only spent one night there, it was a great experience. Wonderful apartment, very helpful owners, the restaurant is absolutely recommended. Even having a small issue late in the evening, it was resolved immediately. I'll definitely be back.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house has stunning views over Locarno, Ascona and the lake. Wonderful for a few days off.

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

What a great location and amazing host. Everything we could have hoped for. The property was as described, ideally located for everything you could want or need. Alessandra was an amazing host before, during and after our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the private pool — sparkling clean, perfectly maintained, and just the right temperature. Whether it was a morning swim, an afternoon of lounging by the water, or an evening dip under the stars, the pool was the perfect oasis for relaxation and fun. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home and then some. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing great local tips and responding quickly to any questions. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living areas were cozy and inviting.

We enjoyed our stay! The place is very peaceful, has a beautiful view over lake Como. The appartement is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. The host is very responsive and helpful, they even allowed us to do an early check in and a late checkout. We sure will come back and definitely recommend🌟

We were surrounded by trees 🌳 and mountains as far 🏔 as the eye can see, it's just beautiful to see. It is a peaceful, quiet, relaxing and disconnecting place for everything you were looking for. Not to mention the spectacle of setting and sunrise over the cottage every day with its large balcony and large bay windows... really soothing! There is the possibility to walk easily, to visit the Sessa gold mine, to eat in restaurants in the nearest city without any worries. I would recommend it closed! Thank you Alois

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is large, cozy, well appointed and very quiet. Its a classic apartment. The location is perfect for getting around Milan. There were plenty of places to eat and there is a great market around the corner. I absolutely recommend it! It would work well as a long term stay too.

The apartment was great in everything, it matches the photos and the host was very clear and also available regarding the flexibility of check-in and check-out times. Very close to the metro stops and the central station. In the apartment there is everything you need for a proper stay!

Very nice and simple accommodation and above all perfectly secure. We had everything on site to feel right at home. With a baby and child it's easy to live. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We spent three wonderful nights at this chalet nestled in the heights of Lake Como, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. It was a haven of peace, surrounded by nature and animals, away from any urban noise or traffic. Absolute calm allowed us to really recharge our batteries. The cottage was warm and very nice, a real cocoon that my mother and I loved. Only small downside: the bed a little noisy when we moved, but nothing that spoiled our stay. The hosts were adorable, very welcoming and thoughtful, even going so far as helping us unload the car. We would definitely recommend this place for a quiet getaway in an idyllic setting!

Large, very functional and perfectly clean accommodation. Many hikes in the immediate vicinity, lakes can be reached in 10 min by car. Decoration that gives a soul to the home. We had a great stay at Marco's.

The place was as described and the contact with the host was incredibly quick and straightforward. Any requests were met and some recommendations for the area were also given to us. Overall it was very clean and a lovely apartment. We would have liked to stay longer and felt very comfortable. Highly recommend!
