Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the old town, restaurants, shopping, public transport (train/PostBus/boat) and lake promenade.

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Hier könnt ihr euch nach euren langen Ausflügen zurückziehen - mit dem Rad, Boot, Kanu, vom wandern, schwimmen oder joggen…oder eintauchen in das sommerlich-frohe Treiben der Stadt. The approx. 87 m² apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom was completely renovated in 2022. The rooms are bright and modern and all have large windows overlooking the garden. With a wood-burning sauna*, heated hot tub*, grill, fireplace, hammock and covered terrace, it offers many opportunities for relaxation in any season. (*for a fee)

The "Wohnung Am Bodensee" apartment is located on the beautiful Höri peninsula in Moos and offers a cozy setting for your vacation. The 90 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom renovated in 2026, and accommodates up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Baby cots and two high chairs are also available.

The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve and is a good starting point for excursions of all kinds. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Constance and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!

The lake is only a 300 m walk away and the apartment is part of an ecological and wood & brick house. Our garden offers a direct view of the lake. Two bikes are available to explore the surrounding area.
