On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Originally a pole barn workshop, the cabin has been expanded into a peaceful retreat built with local lumber. Unwind in our outdoor spa with sauna and a spring bath or simply relax and take in the serenity of the National Forest.

Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

The cabin partly functions as an informal artist residency space for our friends and comrades and guest who stay will find it more as a home environment instead of a hotel. Quaint, peaceful, & fully remodeled basement apartment awaits you 9/10th of a mile off I-81. Conveniently located an hour from Knoxville, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge areas & about 45min from Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. We are situated in the middle so you can go either way without a lot of driving. This is an easy stop-over if you are traveling 81 and just need a sweet place to rest in your journey. We take great care to foresee any need you may have while staying with us.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.
