Monthly Rentals in Mount Beckworth

I booked The Barn looking for a space to sooth my soul and it delivered exactly that. What a magical place, beautiful gardens filled with bird song, enjoying breakfast in the sun filled patio, cozying up by the fire at night, a relaxing bath and a super comfortable night's sleep. Sarah and Geoff were so helpful and also so respectful of my privacy. Thankyou both for creating this eclectic art filled wonderland, I look forward to returning when my soul next needs recharging.

Barbara and Brad’s farm was a beautiful place to stay for the Ballarat marathon weekend. It’s a bit like a motel- we had the 4 person suite which was 2 double beds sharing a bathroom and kitchenette. There was another family of 10 that had booked the rooms next door. The main kitchen, fire pit and garden is shared so if there’s another large group you will definitely see them. The rooms were super clean and thoughtfully renovated, Barbara has clearly put in lots of thought with double glazed windows, split heating/cooling, filtered water in the taps, noise insulation (we couldn’t hear the other groups at all) etc. the garden is also beautifully landscaped and overlooks the sheep docks and mountains. Very serene and peaceful. The kitchen is also super well stocked with bbq we used to make burgers, fridge, stove, microwave, plates, mugs utensils etc for cooking dinner. There is also nespresso machine with pods as well as lots of tea and hot chocolate, milk. 25 mins from Ballarat.

Beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean. Tasteful and elegant furniture and decor. We had a lovely comfortable two nights and would highly recommend St James Church. Close to Ballarat which has some great dining options, and some interesting goldfields towns.

So loved the house! I stayed with my elderly Mum and she loved all the work put into their home and the garden. We didnt need anything, at all! So much thought. Beautiful works of art. Telly for Mum to sit back and relax. Beds were beautiful, so nice crisp and comfy. Loved this stay. Mum loved it, she is used to the odd handle/rail but that us at home. Where we were was perfect!! Main street just a short walk and a quick drive to get anything you need from IGA. Kitchen had absolutely everything. Laundry, everything and the bathroom had everything. Garden and area is beautiful and an amazing space outside. So much work in this. Thank you to you both. Should be so proud of what you have to offer. All the best, and in future.
