Renovated 4.5-room apartment 90m² - quiet location

Geniesse ein stilvolles Ambiente in einer wunderschönen 4.5 Zimmer Wohnung in der wunderschönen historischen Stadt Wil im Fürstenland. Die Wohnung ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut erschlossen. Dies gilt für den öffentlichen wie den privaten Verkehr. Man benötigen zu Fuss 2min zur nächsten Bushaltestelle bzw. 5min ins Stadtzentrum. In 7min ist man mit dem PW auf der Autobahn. Wil liegt mitten im Herzen der Ostschweiz und ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut vernetzt. Wir freuen uns auf Euch.

Unsere 2 Zimmer sind sehr romantisch, ruhig und in unserem schönen Bauernhaus mit hochwertigen Materialien und Liebe zum Detail gebaut. Beide Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen Boxspringbetten 220 x 200cm ausgestattet. Das BnB bietet eigene Eingänge, Bäder. Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

In our restored farmhouse we rent a cozy, wheelchair-accessible attic apartment with elevator, spread over 2 floors. The upper bedroom can be reached via a wooden staircase (not wheelchair accessible). My accommodation is in the middle of the village in the countryside, but very close to the nearest cities of Frauenfeld and Winterthur. The bus stop is 100m from the Airbnb. It's ideal for couples, adventurers traveling alone, business trips and families (with children).

City of Wil (Zurich-St. Gallen route) with public transport is 20 minutes away. The apartment can be reached in 5 minutes from the bus station. The accommodation is located in rural Hochfelden. Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Zurich City in 40 minutes. Every 30 minutes, a bus leaves that offers various connections. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Vegetarian vacation home with charm

The vacation home is in a quiet location. On the ground floor there are spacious lounges with a terrace facing east. Please note that the house can only be used vegetarian. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, whereby one bedroom is a passageway for the bedroom behind it. The wooden house is cozily furnished with wooden furniture and has everything you need for a nice stay. Games available for all ages.

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.
