The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

At the same time, it is a great starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. Even in autumn and winter! The lake is just a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg - and the island of Mainau is not far away. A beautiful long riverside path or the free, direct bus (about 10 min.) leads to the old town.
