The House of 3 Spots is the first project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". It is located in the best surf, windsurf and kitesurf spot in Chile. Its name comes from the stunning view of 3 of the main spots in the area: Matanzas, Las Brisas and "Roca Cuadrada". The house is on a surface of 8.744 s.q.m area and located above at 100 meters over the sea level.

In the quietest area of Matanzas, we developed our private condominium of only 10 houses among family and friends, located between the beaches of Matanzas and Pupuya, in the middle of the forest with stunning views of the sea and Pupuya islet, just 3 minutes from the restaurants of Matanzas and Pupuya by car or 10 minutes walking along the beach.
