We had a great stay in this apartment. Clean, good location, and easy communication. Very nice neighborhood, we enjoyed the recommendations from David.

Lio and Ete's apartment is a perfect family apartment to feel good right away! We were here with our 10-month-old baby and had an optimal sleeping situation (large family bed) and everything we needed - such as a highchair, changing table, bathtub and toddler toys... The apartment has plenty of space, is centrally located but totally quiet. There is a great balcony and beautiful views from the window of the chestnut tree in the yard and the sky! Lio and Ete are really very warm hosts!

Absolute recommendation. The place is beautiful & spotless. The neighbourhood has a lot of cosy bars & restaurants. The host responds quickly, has very clear instructions & is very friendly. Loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ghislain's:) My spouse and I stayed there for 6 nights, to visit Berlin while working remotely. The accommodation is well located, close to public transportation, making it easy to get around Berlin. The accommodation is modern, very well equipped, large, bright and impeccably clean. Host is very responsive to messages and accommodating. We felt very comfortable, well supervised and recommend this place without hesitation!
