Linville River flows through the community and a dam creates a small peaceful lake that has a pool, beach area, & canoe / paddle board launch. Just beyond the lake is a community golf course. This cottage is very cozy with easy parking access. We just added a new hot tub to the cottage for your enjoyment!

Fish Camp Getaway

Enjoy your relaxing studio cottage on the Linville River. You will enjoy a queen size bed, free WiFi, Smart TV (w/ premium cable), fireplace, fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. The main bed is a queen but there is a queen pull out couch to accommodate additional guests. You can comfortably and easily accommodated 4 guests. We’ll provide the linens, pillows, blankets, and towels that you’ll need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

This vacation home offers a large kitchen, family room, beautiful scenery and a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy the nearby stream, the summer mountain air or the beautiful fall colors.
