The home has all new appliances, A/C, and WIFI, to keep everyone comfortable and entertained, while still allowing you to unplug and enjoy some peace and quiet on this large property. Welcome to our recently built home, tastefully decorated, located just south of Austin with easy access to I-35, only 18 miles from Austin Airport and 17 miles from downtown Austin. Cabelas, Walmart, HEB, Restaurants, many popular food places are within a 2-mile distance. Great for those who plan to visit Austin and major events (Formula 1, ACL & SXSW). We have a special rate for weekly or monthly stay, a great housing option as you work on contract, visit relatives, or wait on housing.

Our space functions part of the time as an artist residency location for musicians, writers, and visual artists who are guests of Commerce Gallery. We've recently renovated and curated this home with the specific purpose to inspire and foster creativity in a uniquely comfortable setting. Country Charm, Remodeled 1940's 2 bed 1 bath

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.
