Monthly Rentals in Nirasaki

The hospitality of the owner 覚広さん is great! There is a cleaning and trash pick up service done by the owner. Additionally, since we stayed during the winter, the gas-powered heating machines were a life-saver. Finally, we were very happy that there is a pot in which we were able to easily prepare food for our big group.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s literally like walking into a Japanese Grandma’s house, complete with vintage touches. Would love to stay here again next time we’re in Kofu!

We had a wonderful stay! We were treated as if we were family. They greeted us at the car, helped bring our suitcases into the house and even cleaned the wheels of the luggage! Inside they had locally made wine and homemade food prepared for us. The place felt very homey, peaceful and comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this place!

A very nice & warm house. We enjoy the time stay there. The road to the house is quite small. Not suggest to arrive too late.
