La Mareuille - Large house in the countryside

La MAREUILLE is an eco-renovated house in an old 18th century farmhouse. Warm and friendly. A stone's throw from La Roche-Bernard, its location is ideal for visiting the Vilaine Valley, enjoying the countryside, forest and the beaches of Morbihan. It is suitable for holiday stays and professional stays (team on the move, teleworkers, photo shoot, etc.). It adapts to the size of the group, from 2 to 12 people (+ 2 babies).

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.

L'olivier - Marzan (Sud Morbihan)

A small cocoon for a quiet stay, in a place surrounded by a few houses, 5 minutes from the small town of La Roche Bernard. You are close to the Vilaine and its sumptuous marshes classified as a Natura 2000 zone. Hiking trails near the property, to Vilaine or Muzillac. Independent bright 24 m2 studio, adjoining the owner's house, opens onto a large 16 m2 private terrace in exotic wood.
