The house is in an old residential area with a walking distance to shops and restaurants. Åby is close to Norrköping, Kolmården Zoo, lakes, forest and the sea.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Welcome to our paradise on Djurön, just 15 min away from Norrköping city and right across the water from Kolmården Zoo. Enjoy the wild and peaceful area with 100m down to the ocean and our little beach with nice swimming. Beautiful walking trails around the area. Kayaks, SUP and grill for borrowing. We also have a nice fire pit for grilling over open fire. Fully equipped cabin, suitable for two people. But we have blow up beds for kids that works for putting in the living room.

This beautiful old and picturesque villa of 74 sqm from 1931 has been carefully renovated and decorated for modern accommodation with full equipment.

The newly built Attefallshuset is located in the quiet area of Åselstad, Norrköping. The house is fully furnished with furniture, household goods, kitchen equipment and washing machine. The living area is 30 sqm and has direct access to the 15 sqm balcony with good sun exposure. In the area, there is proximity to forest, private swimming area and nice walking paths.
