A natural location along the Kiiminkijoki river, our yard is in a small and cozy guest house, 33 km from Oulu. Countryside, forest and waters. No street lights. 200 m to the river. Ylikiiming has a lot of hiking trails, cloudberry meadows and berry patches. You can rent kayaks, forest snowshoes or snowshoes from us. Affordable wilderness guide services, e.g. canoeing trips, if possible. Well-equipped campfire place in the yard. Spacious bathroom and wood-fired sauna. Towels and linens are included.

Cozy apartment in the Old Town Hall

We are pleased and honored to renovate and live in this valuable building, the former Pudasjärvi municipal hall. We want to offer guests the opportunity to stay in an apartment in a log house built in 1936 on the shore of Iijoki. The apartment has its own kitchen and toilet-bathroom. You can explore the Iijoki estuary and its islands by renting a safe, air-filled kayak with equipment from us. Electric bicycles can also be rented. The personal yard sauna heats up according to your wishes. Warm welcome!

A small lakeside cottage near the center of Ranua, on its own peninsula right on the lake. The cottage has a traditional Finnish wood sauna and a real shower in the dressing room connected to the sauna. The cottage is very traditional, slightly modernized. Great lake view from the terrace! There is no indoor toilet in the cottage. Instead, there is a traditional Finnish outdoor toilet, which is located in the yard. This offers a unique, authentic cottage experience close to nature!

Klubbviken Sauna Retreat

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.
