Great place to stay for one or two people. Clean, no clutter, all that you need. Nice location across from the park. Easy to walk wherever was needed. Would recommend and stay again.

The apartment is beautifully and harmoniously decorated. Very cozy, clean and peaceful apartment right next to Oulu University Hospital. A parking spot in a nearby parking garage is a plus. Apartment on the first floor, just one flight of stairs up, where it was easy to go jogging with the dog. The apartment has everything you need, we had a great three-night trip! Highly recommend!

Laura's home is well maintained, spotlessly clean, has all the listed amenities and charming decor and interiors. We loved playing the piano! The location is very good, about 15 mins walk to the old town, and also has access to public transport. Laura is a helpful and responsive host. We loved staying here, and would highly recommend it.

Great little spot in Rovaniemi to stay

The apartment is so clean and cozy, everything that need to confort stay in there. The Host, Heidi and Markus was so helpful and worm welcome for us, it was so wonderful stay in Rovaniemi. Super recommended!

Great stay! Already Sara welcomed us in person which is very nice. The house is very well located, quiet while being close to the center. The house is spacious, well-equipped, clean. The sauna is great even if there are extra fees. Indeed it is heated with wood which is a very different pleasure than electric saunas. The garden is big enough for the kids to enjoy and to park the rental car. In short, a perfect spot!!

Beautiful apartment in Rovaniemi. City center and supermarket are within walking distance. Top amenities (including washing machine, dishwasher and sauna). We were kindly allowed to store our luggage at Toini's home until we could check in. Highly recommended!

The stay was as described and the place was clean. The apartment was well located in the center of Sotkamo, and you can easily get to Vuokatti. Everything went very well and we'll definitely be staying there again.

The place was great, with a wonderful location that made everything convenient. The best part was the ski-in, ski-out access for both cross country skiing as well as downhill. Highly recommended for ski lovers ⛷️!

Beautiful house with two enormous living areas, and 3 bedrooms ... located in a residential neighborhood with a supermarket nearby, and bus to town (30 min walk). Many of the tourist activities in Rovaniemi also offer pick-up and drop-off. The accomodation has everything... big TV, fireplace, sauna - very comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. All new and very clean... and well heated. Hannu is a very considerate host, responds rapidly with clear info and instructions. Would love to stay there again ... and longer !!

central location, clean, very quiet apartment

Joni's apartment was very cosy, yet spacious for 2 adults and 2 children, and was nice and warm. The instructions on finding and entering the apartment were clear and we had a parking space at the building. The balcony was beautiful although due to the cold we didn't really sit out there, but it is enclosed with glass windows. It's in an ideal location - a few minutes stroll to Angry Birds park one way and the city centre the other way. We watched Netflix one night. The kitchen was a little worn but had everything we needed to be able to cook and we really enjoyed our 2 night stay.
