In a private house in a quiet location (6 km to the centre), a "studio": a bedroom and its own renovated bathroom and SAUNA, in addition a utility room with a kitchenarea. The space has a microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, small fridge, dishes and tea, coffee, sugar, oatmeal. I live in the same building, so it is easy for guests to reach me. There is an indoor dog in the apartment. Guests have their own entrance and the space can be locked. Free parking space and free 5G-wifi.

Sisältää puusaunan, viihtyisän pesuhuoneen, pienen mutta kätevän keittiön sekä vuodesohvan yläpuolelle avautuvan lasikaton, josta mahtavat taivas näkymät. Lisäksi terassiin on upotettu poreamme, jota vuokrataan erillisellä hinnalla. Pihalla on autopaikka lämmityksellä. Sviitissä on nopea wifi-yhteys. Keittiöstä löytyy kaikki kokkaamiseen tarvittavat perusvälineet uunia lukuun ottamatta.

Persoonallinen pieni asunto

The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with some instructions for the renter regarding the apartment, be sure to read it, thank you.

Läheltä löytyy tasokkaampia hotellihuoneita :) Tähän vaatimattomaan ja pieneen - todella pieneen - toisen kerroksen alle 29 m2 huoneistoon on oma sisäänkäyntinsä kierreportailta, jotka ovat koirille haasteelliset. Talo on vm 1986. Ilmanvaihtoremontti on suunnitteilla syksyllä 2024. Vuodevaatteet, pyyhkeet, saippua, tee, kahvi sekä omena- tai appelsiinitäysmehu kuuluvat hintaan.

Hyvien liikenneyhteyksien varrella,esim. kauppaan n. 1,5 km, 500 m golfkentälle ja aivan hiihtokeskuksen vieressä. Talvi-ja kesä aktiviteettejä aivan asunnon lähettyvillä. Rauhallinen ja kotoisa yksiö omakotitalon yläkerrassa johon käynti omasta ulko-ovesta. Pihassa oma parkkipaikka, mutta jos haluat käyttää julkisia lähin bussipysäkki on vain 400m päässä. Alueella on myös hyvät ulkoilumahdollisuudet. Polut ja ladut lähtevät suoraan takapihalta. Matkaa kaupungin keskustaan on noin 3,5km. Rautatieasemalle matkaa on n. 4km. Lentokentälle ajaa noin 15 minuutissa.
