This is the 3rd year we've stayed at Daniel's AIRBNB for our annual New Year's Eve trip to see our friends. This space is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood, close to Whole Foods, easy access to all the freeways, 94, 35 and Ayd Mill Road. The kitchen and bathroom are newly remodeled and state of the art, the kitchen is fully stocked with a nice big refrigerator. We really love staying here, in a nice St. Paul neighborhood, as opposed to the commercial hotel strip. We'll be back again hopefully next year!

Apartment was brand new and clean. Furniture was nice and appropriate. Had a great stay there. Scott was a great host.

Clean, warm garden-level apartment in a quiet area. The coffee and tea bar in the kitchen is a nice touch. We had a nice stay (the beds are very comfortable) and would stay here again.

We recently completed a 3 month stay at this Airbnb, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was clean and decorated in a lovely, modern style. It felt fresh and new, which made a big difference for such a long stay. One of the biggest perks was the location. It was incredibly convenient, with close proximity to almost everything we needed. Most importantly for us, it was super close to the Mayo Clinic, which we had to visit frequently for appointments. The river was just a block away, which provided a lovely spot to walk and fresh air. Kris and Doug were fantastic hosts. They were incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. Whenever a minor issue arose, the host came right away to fix it. It was clear they cared about our comfort throughout our stay. The Airbnb itself was well-equipped with all the gadgets and appliances we needed for an extended stay. We were able to cook meals easily and felt comfortable settling in for the long term. Highly recommended.

This place was amazing! I really enjoyed my stay, plus the host was very responsive anytime I needed something. The location is great as you’re close to so many cool spots. I’d definitely recommend!

Hotel 221 is the best place to stay in Saint Peter! Very clean and comfortable. Tamara is an excellent host! Definitely will recommend.!

We came to the area for surgery at Mayo. We wanted a peaceful spot to hang out and recover, a big comfortable bed, and a yard for the dog. The downstairs has a king bed, carpeted floors, shower, laundry, a nice area with couches and tv. It was mostly quiet and peaceful downstairs. Our small dog loved being able to stay close to us. We barely used the first floor but it had two dining areas, a living room, two bedrooms, a full bath, and a nice small kitchen. This is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at an Airbnb. Jaymi has pretty much everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Please note the fenced in yard isn’t chain linked so pups like ours still needed to be walked, but there are plenty of sidewalks in the neighborhood. As a place that accepts pets, it was quite clean. There was a lint roller in the bedroom in case you needed it as well. The host was super responsive and thoughtful. This is a home I can see myself returning to again and again!

The house was exactly as described and more. The kitchen was well stocked and included some very nice extras not always included - foil, baggies, spices, coffee, creamer, and farm fresh eggs! The home was lovely and comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Joni was a great communicator - and she even brought over a new Roku when a tv remote was missing upon check-in. We appreciate all the extras the home offered.

Michael and Tami were excellent hosts. They were prompt and ready to help with our various requests, offering a friendly welcome while also respecting our space and our need for a late arrival and very early check-out. We appreciated the welcome and enjoyed the comfortable house and neighborhood very much. We highly recommend the property and Tami and Michael as hosts!

This was our second stay here for a sporting event in Blaine. Dottie's home is inviting and big enough for a group to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked to allow for cooking at the home. We enjoyed being able to come back between games and stream our opponents games while hanging out on the comfy couches. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, we all had plenty of time and space to get ready in the mornings. Dottie is very responsive to messages and easy to work with. We hope to be back again!

Great place. Traveled to Mankato for work with a team of people and Chris's home was perfect for us. Enough comfy beds and lots of various cooking utensils. The place was very clean. 👍

Great open floor plan with a large kitchen and living areas, nice bathrooms, quality beds, and nice amenities in the basement. Would definitely stay again.

This is truly an excellent place to stay. While attending the Mankato State University High School fencing tournament, the location was ideal. It was a simple drive from campus. The house itself was a perfect combination of open floor plan with private, very peaceful bedrooms. The two-bathroom layout is a bonus. The kitchen was well-designed and filled with helpful items. It felt like every detail was considered and addressed. We even had use of the garage which proved especially useful since we have a Tesla and were able to plug in and had enough charge to make our trip back to the Twin Cities without needing to stop to charge. Another touch I appreciated was the added hand soap, shampoo and body wash, which were high-grade. I felt pampered and cared for. Jenna was very responsive and helped us with an early check-in (since the cleaning was complete) and helped us resolve an issue with the Wi fi promptly. I'd highly recommend this Black Sheep location!

We had a wonderful stay at Johanna's. The listing is exactly as pictured. The location was perfect and we were pretty close to all the things we wanted to do. The neighborhood was wonderful and felt very safe. We loved walking around! The bed I slept in was SO COMFY! We loved the cozy sun room/porch🖤 When booking, I wasn't sure about the refrigerator being in the back entrance area, but it was literally not an issue at all. The people living downstairs and upstairs were so quiet too. We would definitely stay again in the future. 🖤🖤

Seana was an excellent, responsive host, and her place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal— right by several quality restaurants and near the lake— and the apartment is well equipped with tea, coffee, and a great spot by the window where you can enjoy them in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We loved the location, just accross the street from Hiawatha Lake and near Lake Nokomis. The living room has a gorgeous view of the lake, and we hopped across the street every morning to take wonderful walks. Our two sons came up to run the Twin Cities Marathon and the location couldn’t have been any better for that. The place is near a light rail station and from the station it’s just a short ride to starting line The apartment is also really good close to the halfway point on the course. The city’s great restaurants and museums are easily accessible from here too. This place is a great home base for exploring the city and getting to know it. I really couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Location was great. Space was beautiful and clean. Perfect for a ladies weekend. Walking distance to shops, coffee, restaurants and the river. Only a couple downfalls would be parking and number of beds. Somewhat hard to find a parking spot in front, made hauling stuff a little frustrating. Also it would be nice to have enough parking passes for all guests. Might be nice to have a pullout couch in the loft area rather than an air mattress, especially for the price.

I absolutely loved my stay, this the best Airbnb I have ever been in. It was super clean and had lovely, modern fixtures. I loved having the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer. It had a super comfy bed and was very well furnished, especially with kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and has lots of good shopping, restaurants and walking paths nearby. Lucy and her husband were very kind and responsive, respected my privacy and put so much care and thought in hosting this space. I was genuinely sad when my stay came to an end.

I loved our stay in this unit. The location was safe and quiet yet very near museums and restaurants. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The living room was a great space to relax. The kitchen was well supplied/organized. Also, there was off street parking.

Second time for us staying and we’d come back again! Exactly as described, super responsive host and another great experience.
