Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Apartment consists of a small kitchen, toilet and shower room and a living room with a sofa bed. Peaceful surroundings in a small secluded town but still only 10 minutes to Odense central station in car. There are no public transportation possibilities. Come by var or bicycle. Shops are 5 kilometers away. Odense city is 11 kilometers away.

Lovely annex's scenic nestled by rural property. Garden and field view. Private bathroom. Bed linen/towels included TV with chromecast. Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. There are lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping about 6 km. We have a peaceful German Shepherd dog (Boris) who loves to have a visit.
