The house is close to the train station, light rail and pedestrian street 📍 The common garden is shared with the front house. Playground a few meters away. Enjoy a few days in Assens and the surrounding area. Beautiful beaches and beautiful nature. Marindalstranden beach is 2 minutes from the house. The garden is super amazing. The size of a badminton court. Lovely terrace where there is shade almost all the time. The living room is cozy as the kitchen, dining room and living room are in one, so everyone can have contact with each other. There is a TV with apps, so you can watch almost anything. It is permitted to use various Spices, candles, coffee, and whatever else is in the house. Make yourself at home 😀😀

Small cozy townhouse, a two-minute walk from the pedestrian street and a five-minute walk from the harbour - with a small garden and a terrace. There is room for two guests. A third guest can sleep on the sofa bed. There is no partition between the bed and the sofa bed. The house is a semi-detached house, where the guest area is separated from the rest by a door in the kitchen. Towels, bedding, and cleaning are included in the price. A nice, clean bathroom and a large kitchen create a good setting for a pleasant stay.
