The idyllically located apartment in the countryside has been freshly renovated and newly furnished. On the south balcony you can enjoy the sun all day and spend cozy evenings in the open kitchen. Directly from the apartment you can have walks or bike rides through the fields or along the lake. The apartment is also a good starting point for excursions (e.g. Stein am Rhein, the island of Reichenau, Radolfzell and Konstanz).

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." Enjoy the newly built charming holiday apartment with upscale furnishings in the southern outskirts of Gailingen. It is a cozy apartment of approx. 38 square meters with an idyllic terrace. Discover enthusiastically the surroundings of the Hegau with the paradisiacal nature from Lake Constance to the Rhine Falls, the picturesque places and the once again permitted cultural offers.

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)

The apartment consists of a large living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. A terrace and parking space are also available. In addition to the specified price, the city of Radolfzell charges a tourist tax of €3 per person per day.
