My husband and I spoiled ourselves for our 30th anniversary to stay in this beautiful house with amazing views. Watching the changing light on the mountains and lake was so restful we didn't want to leave. It was only a $11 Uber into the centre of town on the days we didn't want to drive. The neighbourhood is very quiet - we couldn't believe how well we slept! Very comfortable bed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped along with having plenty of cups and glasses. From the lovely welcome gifts to swift responses, we couldn't have asked for more.

We had an amazing stay! Mark and Rebecca were incredibly kind and helpful, giving us great recommendations for local spots, every place they suggested we went to was a hit! Their warm welcome, complete with fresh fruit upon arrival, was such a thoughtful touch. After that, they gave us our privacy while still being available if needed, which we really appreciated. The location was also fantastic, close to the airport and easy enough to get into town, especially since we rented a vehicle. Super convenient. And the views? Absolutely breathtaking. The photos don’t do it justice! If you're looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway, this is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a great stay in this apartment as two families with a young baby each. The location was close to the main attractions of queenstown while being out of the main hustle and bustle. There is of course some hills to climb to get to the apartment from town but it was very walkable with prams and what allows for the fantastic view! Check in was easy and we found all the facilities of the apartment as described and it was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Spotless, quiet home in a beautiful location with all day sun and views. Fiona has set the cottage up very thoughtfully and she was a lovely host to communicate with. This was a perfect stay for us and we didn't want to leave. Highly recommend this little gem.

We had a lovely two night stay at Rabbiter’s Retreat. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and it had all the ammenities we needed. It was also a very handy location to explore Fairlie. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We loved the stunning view- it was amazing. Great location to Central area. As others said, the street is steep, but we were able to back our car into driveway so easy to unload, load luggage. Many of the streets with the great views are steep, so unless you’re staying right in middle of city center, it’s just how it is in Queenstown. It was a short walk down the hill to the main city area and tons of restaurants and shops. If we didn’t feel like walking back up hill, it was only $10Uber ride back up. We had all the amenities needed in bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, to make it a very comfortable stay.

Charming on Fryer - Central Apt and walk to town

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and as described, a nice little studio easily walkable to the main shops in Queenstown. It’s in a set of apartments and set away from the street so was pretty quiet at night. There is a flight of stairs to get up to the right apartment. All of the instructions are in the link to an online guide that the host sends so make sure to access that, it has everything you need to know. They were responsive and helpful. It was great having access to laundry in the apartment as well.

Amazing place to stay, beautiful views and very clean! Walking from city center is quite the hike, but doable, also easy to Uber. Sarah was very responsive and quickly corrected any issues we had or any supplies that we were out of. Very comfortable and lots of space for 7 people. Would highly recommend this place for an amazing Queenstown stay!

Fantastic place to stay for a few days over new year. Impeccably clean and very well appointed the home was perfect for our family with two teenagers. Bede and Deb were great hosts very helpful and responded to a query we had very promptly thank you. The house is gorgeous and beautifully styled with a nice outside space with bbq to use. The location is a short drive to town and was handy to a great cafe, small supermarket and great tennis court. Thanks very much Bede and Deb we really enjoyed our stay!

sararose and family were wonderful hosts who always went out of their way to help with any questions or queries. the house was in the best location, a short drive to the heart of queenstown or to arrowown and a wee walk to.tge local brewery who have the best pizza, food and wine plus beautiful relaxed scenery right next to shotover jet boats. the heated bathroom floor a bonus and the view from the lounge room window is just beautiful. thank you again sararose for your hospitality and we will be back. highly recommend to other guests.

Aaron's place was great. It is in a safe, quiet neighborhood but just a 15 min. drive to Queenstown. It is a very bright place with so many windows and glass doors and has incredible views of mountains right out the front. You can walk to incredible playgrounds and a nice coffee shop. The place was very clean and new. The shower pressure was fabulous and the beds were very comfy. The couch in the living room pulls out into a bed. There is a washer and dryer combo unit, which is really nice. We couldn't get the dryer part to work, but I'm sure it was user error. All in all, we had the best week at Aaron's place and would highly recommend it. We hope to be back someday and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Tanya’s place is a lovely space for what we needed. We’re a family with 2 young children so the bunk bed and kid-friendly furniture, laundry, and kitchen was great. We’ve come during the massive infrastructure works so that was only a small inconvenience because of the longer walk to town. But we know without it, you’d be in the town centre in just a minute or two!
