We've kept the fine old '50s kitchen and we rebuilt the old chimney and put in a fireplace. We also made the upstairs into a separate apartment with its own entrance, we also rent it out. The house has a fantastic location with many nice walking opportunities, proximity to restaurants, kiosk, mini golf and many other activities.
